When I first called FreeFlow back in early 2024, it became evident I may have had a bigger plumbing issue down the road. After having them back for temporary fixes twice, I finally took their advice and sought a permanent fix for the problem. John sent out his A team lead by Nick and they were able to map out my plumbing system for me, and provide a solution in the form of a new sewer clean out to allow us to reach a clog 100+ feet from the house. They have always been professional, clean, and mindful of my budget. I highly recommend Freeflow Plumbing.

Amazing is all I can say about this company. Was willing to come to my house at 10pm after seven inches of rain did my sump pump in. When flooded roads prevented arrival gave me advice for how to reset my sump pump so it would carry me through until morning when the flood water receded. The next morning contacted me without prompting and pump was replaced by noon. John was pleasant, personable, and considerate. What a great find in my moment of need!Meanwhile my regular plumber was sleeping with an answering service....

John came out to install a kitchen faucet, Reverse Osmosis (RO) system, kitchen sink drain and supply lines, disposal, supply line to our new refrigerator, and dishwasher for our kitchen remodel. If John ever came to an impasse, his experience allowed him to overcome any obstacles. John was very meticulous and detail oriented. Everything had to be perfect. John worked until everything was done and leak free. He did not finish until after 7 PM and did a masterful job! We would not use anyone else. John was great and I would highly recommend him for any of your personal or commercial needs!

Could not be more satisfied with my service from Nick and Brian. The issue was low water pressure in a guest bathroom and a finished basement with questionable (at best) access to valves. Nick was patient and thorough going through every step of what could be causing the issue. He and Brian were able to determine that there was a partially closed valve that was covered up by drywall in the finished basement. They were professional, extremely thorough and did not quit until they were able to determine the issue. Very happy, highly recommend!

I’ve inquired with 3 different plumbers and decided to go with free flow plumbing. They addressed all the problems in my house in a timely manner. They were fair priced and definitely felt they were trying to help me out. They went out of their way to try to find a cartridge that seems to be no longer available instead of changing my whole faucet to save me money. This company does not feel salesy and corporate. Just run by good local human beings. Will definitely use them again for future plumbing work.

Free Flow came out the next day to fix our garbage disposal problem, which was appreciated because we were unable to use our kitchen sink. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is. We woke up on Christmas Day to a busted pipe behind our washing machine on our second floor which leaked to the first floor and basement. I was lucky to find this company online and within a couple of hours, Brian was out trying to locate the problem. He quickly found the problem and shut off the water to the pipes supplying the washing machine. Luckily we were able to then go on our trip to Disneyworld the next day. We returned on a Saturday and Brian came back on Monday to finish the job which allowed us to use our washing machine without any problems. We then decided to assure that the same problem would not happen again and Brian came out to our house with a couple of days and further insulated the pipe as well as fix some other minor plumbing issues, some of it free of charge.I would highly recommend this company and Brian to others. They are courteous, professional, and quick to help.

He was in a minority of plumbers who understood what the problem actually was (back-flow from the city storm system) and provided a solution (installed a 6-inch backwater check valve).The job was more complex than anticipated due to some perverse joining by the original nineteen-20s plumbers of sub-surface drain pipes, but was completed in a timely manner with no impact to the livability of the rest of the household.Dust (read: jackhammer) on the job site was kept to a minimum, with concrete mixing done outside.Only critique regards the two concrete patches applied are much rougher than the adjacent cellar floor (cement?) surfaces. Ill remediate myself or else just put some paint on and live with it.

I had an extremely bad sewer backup in my basement about a year ago. John stayed late and worked very hard to clear the stoppage. It took about 3 hours (8pm to about 11) which was suprising, given the late hours. Any other plumber would have given up, but he stayed until the job was done. Would definitely recommend!
