A little back-story: The previous owner of our home had been leasing a water heater, and we had to take over the lease when we purchased our home a few years ago. Weve had nothing but problems with the water heater and had to call the leasing company 2-3 times per year to come out and fix issues. Some repairs were beyond the scope of the lease so we repeatedly had to pay a lot out-of-pocket. Well, last week, the water heater went out again (pilot light wouldnt stay on). Called the leasing company, and they sent out a repair technician. The technician ultimately decided that the entire system hadnt been set up correctly in the first place and said wed have to rip the whole thing out and go with a power vent heater and quoted us an astronomical price. We decided to dump the lease and just go with an entirely new system with a different company.I did some research and found Wolff Water Heaters came highly recommended through our neighborhood Facebook group. I called them, and they were so quick to jump into action. They were so friendly and helpful, and had a technician out to our house that day. I peppered him with all sorts of questions about tankless, power vent, etc. The tech was such a knowledgeable and friendly fellow and even called manufacturers to ensure that the system would work for us.They provided us two different quotes on the spot, which were all inclusive and was less than the leasing companys plumbing techs quote. We signed the contract, and they were out the next working day (happened on a Friday, they were there Monday). They were on-time exactly when they said theyd be, called beforehand to confirm their arrival, and explained everything they were doing.They were done in six hours, and we have a brand new tankless water heater setup that is phenomenal! They cleaned up after themselves, and the work is incredibly professional.I highly recommend Wolff Water Heaters!

Were all about supporting small/local businesses. We were very happy with Wolff Water Heaters. They were quick to respond, did a free estimate and were here the next day to install our water heaters. Adam is very knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work/business and it shows! Very professional & clean! We would definitely recommend them and would use them again!

When my hot water heater failed, I needed to used a licensed plumber, rather than do the work myself, in order to receive the cash out option from the home warranty company. Searching for someone led me to Adam (the owner), and revealed just how rare a find he is for this type of work. Hes an honest, straight shooter who shows up on time, does quality work, and cares about what he does. Holly works in the office and was prompt to return calls and get information I requested about various things while I was researching. On top of all that, they appear to offer the most competitive pricing. Its great to be able to support a local family business like Wolff Water Heaters.

Ben and Brandon performed a descaling service to our Tankless Hot Water Heater. They took the time to explain the steps they would be performing and encouraged me to watch the process. Im very happy with the results of the service. Ben and Brandon were personable and professional, and they didnt try to upsell me on any additional services. I highly recommend Wolff Water Heaters for your plumbing needs!

I called this morning to set up a time for an estimate on repairing our backyard faucet and Holly promptly called me back to set it up and was able to schedule it same day even though I mentioned it wasn’t urgent. Adam came out and looked at our faucet. It turns out the water valve had been turned off to the water supply (I guess my husband didn’t realize it was in the off position, yes we’re those people 🤦‍♀️). I was so embarrassed but Adam was very nice and even spent time checking out our hot water heater and helped me locate our main water shut off (we recently bought the house and were trying to find it). Ends up our best bet is shutting it off from the water meter and he told us what type of tool/key to buy to do this ourselves. His estimate for replacing our water heater (when the time comes) was also $300 lower than an estimate we had been given by another company we used for some other work. We will definitely be calling Wolff Wager Heaters with any future needs. Hands down the most prompt and professional experience and this visit did not cost anything.
