Nathan and team were refreshingly honest, punctual and the price was very reasonable. They did quality work replacing a shower and tub drain. They were super communicative through the process and showed me videos of the problems so it was easy to understand. They have earned my business for life!

Nathan was great! He was able to come in and give me a quote for my water heater replacement, and then get me on the schedule to replace it for me the very next day! He was friendly and efficient and even my cats liked him. The entire replacement took less than two hours. The water heater itself is good quality and so far has been working great. Great service for a reasonable price!

The sump pump of our house was not functioning well and the team solved the issue right away. They found the pipe that was not working properly during a quick troubleshooting and later replaced it with a new drain system. Throughout the process, the team was very responsive and efficient. They were always on time, really clear about what to expect for every step, and helpful for timely communications. They were also really reliable in wrapping up the final works and checking for necessary permits. I would definitely contact them again if I’m looking for plumbing services in the future!

We highly recommend this company! They were professional, friendly, honest and timely. Our furnace decided to not run when the outside temps were in the 30’s, and after calling a number of other companies who could not get to us for days, I found this gem of a company. Not only did their tech come out the same day, they changed their schedule to come to us first. Needless to say we were impressed. Justice explained what was going on with our furnace in simple terms and assured us we were not stupid! The price is reasonable and the office staff is friendly and helpful as well. 5 star company!

TradeWorkNW did a good job for my natural gas and generator interface system. The technician came on time, understood the scope of the work, provided on-site estimate. Upon my agreement the technician performed well with attentive details. I also received their help turning on my gas fireplace. A good business with great customer service.

Excellent service! I tried diagnosing and fixing my water heater myself but could not. They immediately and accurately diagnosed the issue and replaced my hot water mixing valve and expansion tank. I would certainly hire again in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with TradeWorksNW! Nathan was referred to me by a family member so I called the next day and was immediately scheduled an appointment for the day after as it worked best for me. Phlisha was a pleasure to coordinate with and even sent me texts and confirmations of the appointment. Nathan came out right on time (exactly at 8:30am in a 8:30-9:30am window) and was done with the work by 9:30am! Nathan was kind, professional and great at the work he did with fixing our plumbing issue. I even got to see him work his magic as he fixed the issue and learned more about what he was doing and how it all worked. He took care of everything and I was very happy with the service and results! I will for sure be using Nathan and his team at TradeWorksNW going forward for all my plumbing and other related needs and recommending him to my family and friends. Loved their service.. Nathan is great!We had a clogged sink which DIY and handymen couldnt fix with a snake. I got consultations from a few plumbing services where theyd mentioned theyd snake the drain and do some basic stuff for 400$ and if it didnt work, it would cost extra.Enter Nathan, whose first act was getting into the crawl space. He immediately identified the problem with the sewer pipes angling and creating a belly, and a soft pack further down. He informed us of the problem and assured us he wouldnt leave without fixing it. He fixed the sewer pipe first and then unclogged the drain with a long snake. He also ensured the sink/dishwasher/garbage disposal worked and cleaned up the area before he left. And the best part was all of this only cost 160$.

I cannot recommend TradeWorksNW enough! I called them on a Wednesday morning and they came out the same day. Justuce spent two hours cleaning the furnace to get it running again. He showed me pictures of the unit and went over repair options versus purchasing a new unit. Knowing that the homebuilder used subpar materials when building this house, I opted for the new unit. Justuce came back Friday with a new unit. Apparently, the builders put the furnace in the attic and then built around it because the old furnace didnt fit through the attic opening to get the unit out. This was more work than Im sure Justuce had anticipated but he made some cuts was able to get the old unit out and the new unit in. TradeWorksNW kept me updated on each appointment and sent text messages when Justuce was on his way. He was the utmost professional! He kept me updated every step of the way and made the entire process painless. Repairing or replacing a major piece of equipment in your home is always a stressful process. Youre wondering if the company you choose is reputable, if theyll try to rip you off, or perform services that you dont really need. I cannot stress enough, if you need furnace work, TradeWorksNW is the place to call! Maybe youll be lucky and theyll send out Justuce. 10/10.

I highly recommend TradeworksNW They have done several jobs for me and I can’t say enough good things about them. Their work is excellent, they show up on time and most importantly, they are honest. I usually get several quotes before hiring someone for a job. Their prices are always fair and competitive. I haven’t had very good experiences with other plumbing companies in the past. They usually try to turn a small job into a big job to their benefit. That never happens with Tradeworks NW. It was really refreshing working with them.

Was referred to TradeworksNW by a friend and it turned out to be one of the best decisions Ive made in awhile.Nathan worked with the City of Bothell to reduce the fee another (very good) plumber bid by over $13,000!By negotiating with the City to have my sidewalk re-paved, my bill this was cut by 2/3.Also, the plumbing portion of the job was done immediately as Nathan was very aware I was caught in time sensitive situation.I cant give this professional company a high enough praise for their work and communication throughout the process.Kirk SchwarzBothell, WA

Tradeworks NW did a fantastic job today on my plumbing. I needed a replacement valve for a failing water main valve and at the same time, I needed the gaskets replaced in the water meter. Tradeworks NW sent Adrian to do the estimate yesterday and he showed up on time and was professional and courteous. Today, Adrian and Justice showed up to do the actual work at the agreed upon time, which was important as the water shutoff needed to be coordinated with the condominium HOA as another plumber was working on another issue in the building. They did the repair in a timely fashion, working with the other plumber on coordination of the main water shut off/turn on. I cant thank them enough. If you need plumbing help, please dont hesitate to call upon Tradeworks NW.
