    Jeff is my hero. I dont know how many people weve had out here to fix this issue and nobody managed to do it except Jeff. There was a huge, but temporary Improvement after his first visit. After his second visit, my shower was like a fire hose LOL Im going to have to get a larger head so the spray wont be so hard. Thank you so very very much. Its been 3 years of struggling with this water, to finally have it fixed is such a relief.

    John was very knowledgeable and was able to adjust my pressure tank to work until we take on the larger project of replacing the system. He gave us three different options and didnt try to push us toward the most expensive option just to make more money. If you need help with your well or with understanding your system better it is worth the time to have John or his team out to your house!

    Ander and team mate Jeff were prompt, highly efficient, informative as to progress on replacing well pump and steps we should take to keep pump and tank performing optimally. So happy to have water again! Would highly recommend this company. Price may be slightly higher than others, but quality of service is great. Others tried to rip us off. They even send you picture of technician before they arrive.

    Cameron was excellent, friendly, and very professional! He was very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain things to me. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because it was so expensive. It ended up costing us 527.63 for a diagnostic. I spoke with Cameron this morning, and he stated that he would speak to someone and have them contact me to rectify what was promised. Hopefully they do.Update:The operations manager contacted me and explained that during the extreme freezing temperatures that we had recently, they had so many calls, they bumped up the price of their service calls by over $200.00. After the freezing weather settled, they lowered the service call price back to $289.00.I think even at $289.00 it is still crazy high for just a service call. During the call with the operations manager, he informed me that they would be crediting us back $200.00 since we paid almost $530.00. He stated that Cameron was simply not informed that they had lowered their service call price back to the normal charge.I recommend you shop around as I feel that paying almost $300.00 for a service call is pretty steep.

    Updated review:Thankfully, they did respond and return to troubleshoot and fix at no cost. Have water again!Had them install a new well pump 13 months ago, cost me $10k. Probably paid more than others would have charged but had them do it feeling they are a reputable company. Currently, we are experiencing the well not working for 2+ weeks now, but multiple calls and online requests we cant get anyone to call back or come troubleshoot.

    Weve used Specialty for our well and plumbing issues since we moved here in 96. John and Jeff are the latest in a great line of techs weve worked with at this company. In the years weve worked with them weve found them all to be knowledgeable, thorough and more than willing to work with our schedule. John and Jeff were a lot of fun on this particular project and they got our water back online in a very timely fashion which was much appreciated.The customer service people, Connor and Michael, need a shout out as well. Connor worked to get me the information I needed for my insurance claim and Michael was an integral part of making that happen. They were both very pleasant and easy to work with.

    Andre not only diagnosed our well system and got it running within minutes but he took the time to continue checking wiring and pressure to advise what to expect in the future. Our well system is 32 years old and I fully expected that a complete replacement would be necessary. Not so! He only needed to replace the pump controller due to a faulty capacitor

    We hired SPW about ten years ago to replace our well pump and install a new pump controller. Everything is still working great!We had them out again today to inspect our well cap, which was struck by a large branch during a wind storm. Cameron was very friendly and helpful, and he went above and beyond by helping us resolve an issue with our furnace, which was not even related to the service call. Awesome!From making the appointment to their excellent communication along the way, the team at SPW is amazing.They always do a great job and are very honest with their evaluations.     I have used Specialty Well & Pump exclusively for years. Their recommendations after several tries by other companies have fixed my well water and filtration issues. In particular, the technicians they send out are well informed and professional. They let me video them so we can change our sediment filter out some of the time.Ander has been out a couple of times for regular maintenance with great results and good follow up.Cameron installed the system after water testing and has come out for maintenance and a leak. All issues were promptly and satisfactorily resolved. Cameron, also, is known for going above and beyond. One time, he was did not have extra towels to wipe up excess water on the floor and so he used his jacket to wipe it up! It did the trick and was certainly memorable!A hearty recommendation to Specialty Pump for their knowledge of well water issues and filtration and outstanding service.

    I had a water tank at my house that is filled from a well. The solenoid valve that shuts off the flow of water had failed and water was continuing to fill the tank and over flow it. Cameron diagnosed my problem and ordered a new part. The new part was installed a week later but it too was faulty. After another week a 2nd new part was installed and worked. Specialty Pump customer service was exceptional, and unlike some other companies (that are closer to my location), Specialty Pump returned my calls and provided status over the few weeks it took to solve my problem.     As promised Specialty Pump & Well’s technician Ander arrived in the time promised, inspected the well and gave me an estimate. This company has worked on my well before and I highly recommend them.This is an addition to this review. On Ander’s initial visit he indicated that they would be out early next week to make the necessary repairs. Yesterday he contacted me saying the could come right away. They showed up within about an hour. Ander and John worked all day, spending about three hours in a very confined space cutting out the very large tree root that was the culprit. The finally cut the root out, fixed the broken water pipe and the well is back up and running perfectly. Great job. Great company.

    These guys are fabulous. Was without water for multiple weeks, contacted multiple plumbers, had a line seek performed, all sort of stuff, until I wised up and called Specialty Pump & Well. Jeff came out and gave me a solid diagnosis after weeks of confusion. Jeff and crew went above and beyond from start to finish to get us back on track, staying after dark to get our water running again. I was well informed, given a run-through of the options and have been enjoying a constant stream of water ever since. Jeff cranked off rusted bolts that seemed to be fused on to the well cap. Cameron performed magic when it came time to get the old pump and pipe out and get the new one in. John operated the excavator with precision and experience and educated me on next steps in terms of Water Treatment and Maintenance. Huge shout out to the whole team over at Specialty Pump & Well! I will be using them for years to come.

    I really cant say enough about how pleased I was with their service. Thomas came out and helped diagnose our communal well problem (failed booster pump serving 5 homes). Not only did he come out to look at the problem in the afternoon, he had Josh from the company drive a new pump and accessories out from their shop and Thomas stayed until about 10:30pm to get our booster pump up and running. He went above and beyond to make sure we got our booster pump fixed and it was installed in a far better condition that the original pump. He replaced the check valve, pressure switch, and swapped out old corroded galvanized fittings for new brass fittings.Outstanding service, if there was an option for more than 5 stars, Id give it. Both Thomas and Josh are great guys, very friendly and professional. My neighbors were ecstatic that the water was able to be turned on within the same day!I wouldnt hesitate to use them again and I would HIGHLY suggest using them for anyone who needs any well-related plumbing advice!

    We purchased a house with an old well. On three different occasions, we have had to call Specialty Pump & Well to come service various problems. The first time they came, they needed to replace the well rods as we had no water pressure. They came within 60min of our call, determined the problem, quoted us a price, and got to work immediately so we would have water asap. They worked on a Friday night (day before Labor Day weekend) until 3am to remediate the issue. Last night, we discovered a leak in an underground pipe. They came within 30min, determined the location of the leak and worked until 11pm to fix the leak. They are efficient, provide quality work, and do as they promised. There are not enough positive words I can say about the Specialty Pump crew. Thank you so much for being a company I can count on!

    So I put a filter on my well system to take care of the sulfur smell. I just moved in and the pump (also installed by Specialty Pump) is only 9 months old. 1 month after my contractor installs the filter, my pump starts banging and shaking like no tomorrow. of course this happens Friday night. I call Specialty pump sat morning, get a live body immediately and guy available that afternoon. Turns out, my contractor put the filter in the wrong place. I should have burnt out my pump. A costly mistake, re plumbing a system on the weekend is not cheap. But I gotta say, the customer service was spot on. The tech called 30 min before, asked some pertinent questions then said he would run by the shop to see if they had a spare pump of the same type. Communication and forethought go a long way, he came prepared. Sometimes you pay for what you get. I would definitely recommend.
