    James same out on time and performed his normal safety check, and I’m glad he did.I had abnormal water pressure? 80 psi rather than 60.I had a failed pressure reducing valve, a failed thermal expansion tank, a failed anode rod and I needed a heater flush.All this work was completed in 2 hours, at a fair price. I appreciate the Veterans discount applied also James!I highly recommend True Blue Plumbing!!

    True Blue Plumbing has a new loyal customer in me!! I called early Monday with a plumbing emergency. Christina listened and acted right away….getting me in Ed’s queue the same day. Ed came, diagnosed my issue, providing 2 possible options trying the least expensive first 🤗. Unfortunately my issue required a new part, a second visit and was more expensive. The next day Ed installed my new part, issue was resolved and the icing on the cake was a follow up call from Christina confirming all was well. I highly recommend this business based on my personal experience.

    I called True Blue on a Sunday and someone was able to come out by Monday morning. I got to work with Antonio and he was fantastic. I had a leak from my upstairs shower that was dripping into my kitchen below. Antonio was able to get to the bottom of it quickly, showed me video evidence of why he was recommending the repair, as well as the cost estimate. Everything came in at budget and he finished in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend True Blue!

    True Blue has been my official plumber for the last 6 years. Every time Ive needed them they respond quickly whether its a plumbing emergency or routine maintenance and installs. James and his staff are incredibly friendly and professional - and very knowledgeable.

    Overall good. Showed up when they said they would. Did a seemingly good job on a simple repair. My only gripe would be the pricing. $360 for what equates to about 45 minutes total of time (6 minutes for the repair and 39 minutes waiting for the glue to dry) and $8 in parts seems a bit high. I will probably not utilize them for my next issue but perhaps my task was not the sweet spot for this business.

    If you need a plumber in the North Atlanta Metro Area, check out True Blue Plumbing. My Story: I heard a whistling coming from the basement every time we flushed a toilet. Turns out the pressure relief valve had failed the whole house was getting 150 PSI, yikes! James came in and saved the day and got the back of the house back down to 60 PSI like it is supposed to be. True Blue Rocks!

My technician, Ryan that came out went the extra mile to find out where my leak was coming from.     I recently hired True Blue for a plumbing problem that was a mystery. (It’s much too complicated to get into in this review. 😁) But let’s just say they came out a couple times, they were very patient, they stayed with me until we cracked the code on what the problem was, and then they fixed it. Antonio is a great guy to work with. He has great customer and plumbing skills. He was proactive, super nice, and ultimately helped us get everything resolved. He even volunteered to check my water pressure and go in my basement to help identify my shut-off valves, etc. A great company, great employees, I highly recommend!

    Hot Water Heater went out, Called at 5am, they called back at 8:05 as soon as they opened. Ryan came out assessed the issue, we had to get a new one, he came back thenext day and he did a fantastic job on the install, professional. In this day in age when people want to know if they can actually trust the review. I stand by the great service we received and that Ryan was excellent.     I had called True Blue regarding a water heater issue after another company had come out an told me I needed a new water heater(that they would install for $2900,00). The person from True Blue came out found why the pilot light wasnt engaging and was gone in 15 minutes. The only charge was the trip fee, which he said would cover that visit an another which might be require in the next 30 days. He was extremely courteous and professional. It is wonderful dealing with people you can trust!!! Many thanks.

    James was great he got me in the next day, arrived when he said he would, and took care of everything for me. They are fair and upfront with pricing even when it took a little longer than expected the price didn’t change. They came to trouble shoot a tankless hot water heater, after 7 day with barely warm water I now have hot water through out. Thank you again for your assistance they will forever be my go to for plumbing needs. I am in Monroe so they do come to Walton county as well.

    We had a wonderful experience with True Blue; the very kind receptionist was able to squeeze us in on short notice after our basement sump pump failed before Thanksgiving. When James and Samuel came to the house they were incredibly nice, professional, and accommodating (they even wore booties over their shoes in the house and put down plastic to protect the carpets as they were coming in and out). The work they did (replacing an overflow tank and the sump pump) was quick and fairly priced, and they walked us through everything before they started to make sure we understood the scope, taking time to answer our questions, etc. We never felt rushed or pushed into any decisions. Highly recommend!

    Simply put, they are the best! We woke up this morning to no water and no not much help or direction on what to do from the county other than to call a good plumber. After searching Google and seeing the five star reviews, we chose True Blue. They fit us in in with less than 24 hour notice to come look at our issue and quickly identified the pressure valve needed to be replaced. James was extremely professional very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us! The price was extremely reasonable. We definitely will be using their service again!

    There are not enough words I can say for how amazing True Blue is!!! We had a hot water pipe break under our concrete slab on a Friday, and Saturday morning James was out there! I had multiple conversations with Pamela over the phone and she was just so great to talk to and work with. After the fact, we spoke multiple times and you can tell they all really care about their customers.Art, Antonio and Paithan were the plumbers we got lucky enough to work with. Three amazing gentlemen who I would recommend to anyone who ever has any plumbing issues of any kind. They knocked it out quicker than was originally thought and they were just amazing guys to talk with as well.I cant say enough about James though. He talked me and my wife through all of the possible ways we could fix the issue and really gave so much insight into what he thought was the best option vs just the most expensive one.     Art B. was punctual, polite, attentive, and trustworthy. Upon arrival he put on shoe covers and proceeded into home. He asked about the issue we were having and was an active listener.     I initially contacted another 4.6 star company to do my water heater repair. Although they always answered phone they never showed up at promised times and when they did they didn’t fix it properly. True Blue on the other hand was awesome. Pamela did a great job keeping me informed on when we could expect a tech and followed up with me the next week after the service. The tech was professional and knew exactly what he was doing (unlike tech from other company). I recommend you call this company first.

    Truly, when I think of True Blue Plumbing, I think of Tina Turner’s “Simply the Best.” They actually are better than all the rest. We moved into a 1977 home two years ago which had a few plumbing needs. We had three different plumbers come out, all giving varying degrees of professionalism, knowledge, and price. Then we met James, owner of True Blue, and he showed us what integrity, professionalism and expertise really looks like in the plumbing world. We will never book another plumber. I SO wish we had known about a True Blue sooner, as it would have saved us a lot of time, money and headache. Learn from my experience and don’t hesitate. Just book.

    I spoke to James on Saturday, and explained my hot water heater was leaking. He told me they were booked for the day, but if I felt it was necessary he would make time to come and take a look. The leak was not that bad so we agreed for him to come on Monday. Monday morning James called and told me he was en route. Shortly after the call James and Sean, a new employee, who was receiving OJT arrived. Both conducted a very thorough inspection of my old hot water heater, and It was determined I needed a new one. James gave me several options, never once did I feel pressured, nor did I feel like he was trying to upsell me. He noticed I was a veteran and gave me a discount without me even asking. He was very open and honest, and answered all my questions. The install was super fast, and they left the area better than they found it! These guys have restored my faith in customer and service!     Excellent experience from beginning to end! I needed to replace my moms water heater as it was starting to leak a little. Called around to multiple companies for ball park pricing, and Kelly with True Blue was one of two that gave me a rough estimate. Not even the HVAC/Plbg company that my mom has a service contract with would do that. Anyways, Kelly was able to squeeze us in before the Labor Day weekend, and she was very timely in her updates on timing/arrival the day before and that morning.Sean showed up on time and was very thorough, professional, and detailed from the get go. He evaluated the existing install, we discussed the things he would fix and how he would fix them, and he presented a detailed invoice amount on the spot for me to agree to before he began any work. Ill go ahead and say here that the final amount was $200 less than what our HVAC/Plbg company would have charged us(even with our so called preferred customer discount) and he corrected everything.Quality of work was outstanding. Im a plumbing engineer and have worked on large commercial projects, and I routinely go on inspections to make sure the work is done properly, and I almost always find something to write up, but not this time - Seans attention to detail was top notch. Super impressed. Super nice guy. Plus I learned a bit as I was asking him about various plumbing systems and his experiences.By the way, True Blue was referred to me by my brother in law, who also had a great experience with them.

    Integrity. If I had to use one word to describe this company - Integrity. A few weeks ago, my dishwasher died. I called True Blue to replace the unit and they responded the very next day on time and with an advance text notification including a picture of the technician. Sean arrived and completed the task requested and answered plumbing questions unrelated to my dishwasher. He fixed a random water temperature issue in my master bathroom. Unfortunately a few weeks later, the pipes connected to the dishwasher leaked, dripping tiny amounts of water. Sean returned promptly to fix the issue. He believed the issue was related to the dishwasher loosening with use and tightened the unit. He left but the dripping continued. True Blue returned again, third visit, with a new part and finally solved the problem. True Blue did not charge for the additional visits, proving that they truly STOOD behind their work. The office even called days after the last visit to confirm everything remained satisfactory. I highly recommend True Blue for their integrity for providing the best service possible and putting the customer first. Five stars.

After a $89 trip charge, we received an estimate and was asked to sign on the …. line. After about 5 minutes, the tech then said he couldn’t repair the pipe because it is a type of pipe involved in litigation so his company won’t let him even “touch it.”🤔 It gets better!!     These guys are awesome! They are honest, professional, and practical. They cost a little bit more but totally worth from my experience. I had them come out to check about pressure valve and water heater as we are having a loud squeak from somewhere.     This is great plumbing company and I highly recommend their services. James the owner met with me and reviewed all the issues we had been having with our plumbing and was able to determine that out water heater was on the way out and needed changing, along with other fixture issues we had in the house. The proposal he sent was extremely fair and setting up the install date was done very professionally with Kelly their operations manager. When they came for the work everything was done smoothly and efficiently. During the process when James and I were reviewing all the work at completion, he discovered that the pressure valve for water coming into the house was failing, which made sense because we had been having issues with fixtures failing.     Called because I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink. James contacted me and was out the very next morning. He found the problem and also repaired our upstairs toilet. Great service, affordable price, and both my sink and upstairs toilet are working again (and have parts warranties). Will definitely use True Blue for future plumbing services.

    Sean and his partner were fabulous. They explained everything before they got started. Made sure to answer any questions and that I understood everything that was going to take place. They installed a new ADA toilet and a brand new bidet. They also carried away the former toilet and clean-up after themselves. They covered their shoes and made sure not to leave any mess. The price was clearly laid out and very, very, reasonable. For the customer service alone, if I ever have any other problems or needs, I will be calling this company again and ask for Sean!

    We had a toilet go out in our master bathroom. We called True Blue, as theyre local to the area. They came out a few days later and got us fixed up. Sean was great. He walked us through everything, didnt try to scare us or upsell us, which is rare these days. He is extremely friendly and did a great job of communicating. He was in and out in about an hour and we had our master toilet back in like-new condition. We will be using True Blue again for our plumbing needs.

    Had a problem with a leak caused by an installation. Since it was a delayed leak, it was misdiagnosed and we had to wait on the home warranty company and their people for a couple of WEEKS. They finally decided it was, indeed, caused by the installation and not covered by the warranty. Ugh. I called True Blue right away, expecting it to take DAYS before they came since that was the experience I had with the others.WELL...They tried to come that day, but since I called later in the day and they were out on an emergency that was taking longer than expected they had to come the next morning. Kelly called me a couple of times to keep me apprised of what was going on. That right there told me I called the RIGHT people. (I know unexpected things happen, but just let me know whats going on if youre going to be delayed! Sheesh!!!) They came first thing the next day and fixed the leak expertly with no drama. James did a great job and took the time to explain everything. I am more than pleased!

    My wife and I needed our hot water tank replaced. James from True Blue Plumbing did an outstanding job for us, not only removing the old tank and installing the new one, but fixing some issues with pipes that previous plumbers had neglected. If you are in need of any plumbing service I cannot recommend True Blue enough!
