Brannon has been out a couple of times, helping me determine why my water bills are so high. During the first visit, he diagnosed a needed irrigation system repair, which was completed. Then a new water bill came; extremely high usage. Called again, and he repaired a loose nipple cover. Meter dropped to zero, so it seems corrected.I had twice asked the water department to have the new meter they had installed by a contractor rxamined. The receptacle was continuously filled with water. They still have not inspected it, annoyingly, and I requested it in July. Its now September.Brannon is very responsive. Both times Ive called, hes been here the next day. He also has an ability to calm my panic. Highly recommended.

This review is for Josh Williams. I submitted a service ticket Sunday evening due to a plumbing blockage. After begging and pleading for help Monday, I was finally given a time frame of 2-5 on Tuesday to have my issue resolved. 4:30 Tuesday rolls around and I haven’t heard from a technician. I call Hers and His Plumbing. There was a scheduling mistake but they were able to assign Josh the call. Josh rerouted from his drive home to come address my issue. Josh showed up around 545 and worked diligently to get plumbing restored to my house. Josh was polite, empathetic and worked very efficiently.I can’t say I’m completely satisfied with my experience with Hers and His Plumbing, but I was highly satisfied with Josh! He went above and beyond to help a family with no running water get back to normal!Thank you Josh!!!

Our plumber Brian was such a cool guy. He arrived when he said he would. He worked very fast and fixed an issue that had been plaguing us for a couple of months and costing us a fortune in water bills. I work from home and he was very mindful of that. He made very little noise and was patient and waited for me to take a quick break so that he could answer any questions I had. He was also very knowledgeable and down to earth. I had a rough night the other day. Drank a bit to much and as you normally do i hit up the taco bell. It did not take long for me to have what i call the rocket fuel poops. The stench was so bad the toilet went on instant strike. I battled until i could no longer handle the stench. It smelt so bad I felt it in my soul. Josh Williams showed up and was completely unfazed. In and out as if it was nothing and everything is working perfectly fine again.

Edit: Joshua is a wonderful technician. He called us to fit us in his schedule because he knew our situation. Im glad they have technicians like him on their team. Im changing this from a 1 star to a 4 star.We received this company through our warranty company. My issue comes from their scheduling department.They scheduled him when his truck window was smashed on Friday, after we attempted to get them out the day prior. So they called and let me know they had to reschedule to Saturday. Saturday comes and the tech says I need a part that only the manufacturer company has and their open on Monday. However, he said he can pickup the part first thing in the morning and come over afterwards. I wait all day Monday to finally get a call saying the earliest he can get out is two days from now. I cant believe a company with this many good reviews wouldnt even attempt to try and reschedule us the same day or next day when the part is a simple a fix. I have a family with two babies under three. Weve been boiling hot water for their baths and showering in cold water during the fall.If anyone could choose a different company, please do. Their scheduling department has made this situation way worse than it needed to be and giving false promises of saying theyll do this first thing in the morning.

We have a basement sewage ejection pump that has been giving us problems on and off for over a year. Blake, with Hers and His in Georgia, installed the pump in August 2022 as a replacement to one that was old and worn out. Since that time, we have had problems with the new pump tripping our GFCI outlet. Blake has been out several times trying to trouble shoot what was going on. Each time it would seem to be fixed, but then the problem would reoccur. Yesterday, Blake devoted his full day to us. He pulled the pump completely out of the tank, cleaned it (yuck), and still, it was not working properly. He called his boss, the company that made the pump, and his distributor, to get us a new pump. He did some things to reconfigure how the pump sits in the tank in order to hopefully prevent the problem from reoccurring. Thru this whole ordeal, Blake has been amazing. He is professional, and at the same time, very personable. He knows what hes doing, and when he wasnt sure what was going on with our system, he went out of his was to find someone that might know. Blake, and His and Hers did whatever it took to get us back up and running, and they charged us NOTHING!!! His and Hers stood behind their work, which is unusual in this day and time. I highly recommend them!!

He was very knowledgeable, easily assessed and figured out what was going on with my plumbing, and made the process of getting it repaired as painless as possible. I’ve never had a repair done though a warranty company before but Brannon made it a breeze. He communicated with the warranty company on my behalf to arrange scheduling, took the necessary steps with having the utility company come out to identify where my gas lines were located, and maintained constant communication with me in regards to my repair. Hopefully I won’t be in need of a plumbing company in the near future, but I will gladly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reputable company.

The door entry to our attic area was narrow but after taking door off hinges DJ was able to get the new water heater into the attic... not an easy task, and installed the new water heater.
