I called Melvin at 7:00am. He and his son arrived at the agreed upon time of 9:00. Both of them were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Melvin took the time to explain how the building code had changed since the installation of my 25 water heater and that the replacement (and work) would be up to the current standards. While l am not an inspector, the job looked better than the original and The Wife is extremely pleased with their work. I HIGHLY recommend Aventra!!!

Mr.Pierce from Aventra plumbing was very prompt in coming to our rescue. Previously we needed a hot water heater replaced and he came the same day we called. Very efficient and reasonably priced. Today, we had a cut off water valve to the house from the water line leak and Mr. Pierce came promptly and repaired the leak. I highly recommend him as a reliable plumber.

They found my clean out completely full of tree roots, and were able to get them completely removed with a combination of machine and hand. Excellent Service! This is my second time calling Aventra to help resolve a plumbing issues that I had. I had a leaky toilet pipe in my upstairs bathroom leaking into my garage ceiling. They came out fixed the problem. They also installed a new sink for me and my bidet in my master bathroom. Aventra Plumbing is very reasonably priced and there is no surprises or additions on the back end when it comes to prices. Melvin charges a $85 service charge to come to your house every day of the week, including Sundays. He and his son came to our house the same day we called.They replaced our sub pump in our basement with a much larger one than the renovation team put in. The pump that was replaced was less than a year old. The new pump has a three year warranty.

Very personable and professional. I called late in the evening March 3rd, and spoke w/Mr. Melvin about a hot water pipe that broke in our crawl space. He was out the next afternoon and took care of the problem in no time. The last time I had a pipe repaired/replaced in the crawl space it was 2x the amount Mr. Melvin charged(which I was still a little put back for a 20 minute job - if that -, but it is what it is, and much better than the last plumber I called) No work by the hour, as I have been accustomed to - flat rates, but he did a fine job and will use Aventura plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

My 14 yr old hot water heater suddenly went down last night and I woke up today (day before Thanksgiving) with no hot water! I’ve got family flying in today to stay with us for the rest of the week so this was shaping up to be a disaster. After calling several other shops that were already booked until Friday I was lucky enough to find Melvin. After a quick bit of discussion on the phone about what my HWH issue was I felt at ease getting him to do the work. Obviously at 14 yrs of service I knew that I was going to be needing a new HWH soon... (my neighbor just had to replace there’s as well so I was expecting this). Melvin was able to come out almost immediately and was able to make the repair quickly and my Thanksgiving is saved. I would recommend Aventra to anyone.

Called and explained there was a leak behind my wall. It began as a hissing noise that I mistakenly thought was air escaping. A small dark circle appeared and grew larger in size. The circle became a wet circle.They came to my home and detected there was a leak from one of the copper pipe. He explained what needed to be done and fixed the leak.Dont want the problem again, but should I need a plumber, I would certainly use Aventura Plumbing

Have to admit its always scary digging and looking for someone you trust and feel comfortable with coming into your home, but let me tell you, Melvin was very professional from the start, booking was with ease and he made me feel comfortable over the phone, not only was his prices fair, he was on time, did a great job and was very clean. Melvin is someone that you can trust, does great work at a great price. I am glad I called Aventra for my plumbing needs, very trustworthy and he took the time to not only explain but showed me what was involved in the repairs. I felt very comfortable with Melvin and was very pleased with his service. I called Melvin on a Sunday and he answered right away! We scheduled a date and time for Monday and he showed up on time and was extremely professional. The issue was resolved in about an hour. I highly recommend this company!
