All I can say is this place is a great place to do business. Alyssa, Jennifer, Heather and Stephanie always helpful courteous and very professional and business oriented. It was difficult finding and deciding on a company you can actually trust to do your home repairs and do them right. Purofirst of Gwinnett was a great choice. Each group of vendors that came to do repairs was awesome no complaints whatsoever. Purofirst worked around our schedule and made sure we were satisfied with the work completed. All vendors showed with their masks per COVID guidelines. I highly recommend this company per my personal experience. If I should need anything further Purofirst of Gwinnett will be the only company I call.

I’ve used Purofirst of Gwinnett for insurance claim work through USAA for two different jobs (many years apart). The first was replacing the wood floor in my kitchen with tile because of water damage. They did an amazing job.And the second was recently replacing my roof. I’m extremely happy with the quality of work they performed and I had very positive experiences both times. Everyone I came into contact with, either in the office, or at my home, was very professional and courteous.I highly recommend Purofirst of Gwinnett, and will definitely choose them again!

Purofirst provided superior customer service throughout the duration of my home renovation repairs. They clearly demonstrated that they care about the quality of their work. All repairs were performed in an efficient and timely manner. First class service from the entire organization from the staff in the home office (Heather) to all the teams and subcontractors involved. Each crew took the time to explain what was going on that day, and at the end of the day, they went above and beyond in ensuring my home was cleaned up entirely, nothing left out of place at all. Followed up on everything they said they were going to do. Made a stressful time for my family really pleasant during the Holiday season. Consistently showed quality first, then speed in completing this project in the most efficient manner. Company was really flexible in working with my family’s timeline. My wife and I are singing their praises for a job well done!!! I highly recommend this company for home renovation projects, and repairs. Glad that USAA has them as one of their service providers. All I can say is that their commitment to providing excellent service was refreshing!!

They did my mitigation in my basement after my hot water heater exploded. Jake was very knowledgeable and thorough to make sure everything was dry and mold -free. He was very flexible and accommodating when it came to coordinating my availability and him doing the work in my basement. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Our insurance company,USAA, made a great choice recommending Purofirst. We have already told them as much. My wife, Peggy, has already mentioned the key players. I have been in and worked with the construction industry for a number of years. In that time I have seen examples of the best and worst. Purofirst is among the best. They did exactly what their scope said during a two and a half project that included replacing 1200 sq. ft.of hardwood flooring, tile reset, painting walls, woodwork and plantation shutters. Work was done according to a written schedule presented to us at the start. We made some changes in progress that did not faze them or affect the schedule. Throughout, we were asked if work was progressing to our satisfaction. Purofirst added value by going above and beyond he scope just because it made sense to do so. Best of all, it was done at no cost to us. Every tradesman who set foot in our home was courteous, cordial and professional. No one does it better than Purofirst. Do yourself a favor and use this company.

I recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work. They have transformed my modest bathroom into one of luxury at a VERY reasonable price. They were very supportive during this first renovation. I even had to leave town for about a week and I was able to trust them to go in and out and came home to a beautiful bathroom! 10 stars!

Purofirst has done water mitigation for me twice and has tested for mold. The also fixed my kitchen following water damage, and Im so pleased to say that it looked exactly the way it did before all the damage, which is exactly what I wanted. I definitely recommend them.

We had water damage. Our insurance company recommended 3 companies. I met all 3 and felt most comfortable doing business with Ken. He was very quick to begin working. We ended up getting a better quality product all around. I am so satisfied with the overall process. His workers showed respect and represented his company well. There were no unresolved issues. I highly recommend this place.
