We recently had Strada Services perform warranty repairs on our HVAC system. We are thankful that Strada was the vendor assigned to the work. It was an emergency situation and the company came through for us. Kyle Curtis is the technician who did the work. Not only is he knowledgeable and experienced in his work but also courteous, patient, understanding and makes the customer feel heard and really cares to do the job right. Thank you Strada for being there when we needed you and having Kyle Curtis assigned to our job!!

Our AC went down on Sunday Night and we had no idea what to do. We found Strata Services and Kyle came out immediately!! He identified the problem (a bad compressor) changed it and was in and out in under an hr. He gave amazing services and answered all our questions 10/10 will definitely call again! I needed an electrician right away for a panel repair on a listing of mine that was closing within the week. Gary came out, quoted the job and within a few days it was completed. Moses is an amazing gentleman and we are beyond thankful for him inspecting our home after the HVAC unit failed (in our brand new construction home of barely 2 months old) and flooded the wall where the breaker panel is. I had been sleeping in the living room with a fire extinguisher for 2 nights and for him to determine everything is safe is a huge relief. We will be only using L&M for all our electric services, again thank you for the outstanding immediate service and thank Moses for his being a genuinely good person. Its hard to trust anyone these days especially with warranty work.

My experience was excellent. Site electrician (Allan) was quite personable, totally knowledgable, professionally accommodating, and very punctual. Interaction with main office (William) was professional and pleasant. Best of all entire process was discussed prior, actual billed work time was as estimated and due to a couple smart suggestions from Allan, final costs were below original estimate. Great guys, great service. Definitely will use again. Highly recommended.

Today our home was transformed from flaming desert heat, to an arctic oasis! My brother Kyle Curtis fixed multiple problems with our ac unit from re-wire, to cleaning the unit outside, and even re-tapping and plastering old worn tape around the air duct insulation. This man took great care of the home’s equipment, improving our air quality and comfort. I couldn’t thank him enough for his skill set and welcoming communication! Kerri Smith came out to my house to repair the AC unit that wasn’t turning on. He was incredibly patient with troubleshooting the problems and determined to have it working properly before he left. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC systems and/or repairs.
