My AC stopped working on a 90 degree day and it was after hours. Topline was able to get someone out to me ASAP and the after hours trip charge was so reasonable compared to many other places I called of which many were double! To add to this, Sam, the responding technician left a lasting impression because not only was he prompt and knowledgeable but he went above and beyond. Helping both in the moment but also to share future concerns for consideration without ever pushing an up sell. And he was on point because I could confirm how cooling worked per room and much of what he expected to be happening with cooling my house as it exists today...was indeed the experience I was familiar with. He was knowledgeable, genuinely interested in helping (not pushing), friendly and polite. Because of this great experience, not only would I use them again and refer...but when I’m ready to upgrade to a more efficient cooling system, I would trust both the expertise and that I’m getting a good price. And trust them to deliver just what I need after truly listening to the customer. But ask for Sam! He’s amazing!

My wife had Marcus come out for an estimate and was very impressed with the experience. He made her feel very comfortable. He called beforehand to let her know he was on the way, he put shoe covers on when he came in, and looked over our entire system. Topline service was outstanding! On the hottest day of the year, my air conditioner broke. I called 4 companies who said they couldnt send anyone out for 2 weeks. I called at 7:30am and a technician came out by 9:30 am. I had 3 trucks in front of my house within 2 hours. They stayed until the job was finished at 1:30am and did not charge me extra! The quote for the job was over one thousand dollars less than any other company. If you need air conditioning or heat repair, they are the only ones I would trust.

They discovered that there was a break in the dryer vent pipe that explained why the brand new dryer was taking over 2 hours to dry 3 towels! They were able to get the dryer pipe fixed in the attic and now it takes less than an hour to dry almost anything! You guys are awesome! I totally refer my friends and family to you guys all the time! :)

Changed to 5 star to make owner of company feel better about themself. Defensive response from owner to original 1 star post. Advise take ownership/accountability of mistake made, its okay we are all human, we all make mistakes. Havent returned last 3 calls for a reason. Fixed the issue myself, it wasnt a board issue ($1058 estimate) nor was it a wiring issue ($400 that I already paid plus 89 bucks for initial service). It was a blown $2 fuse on the board. Guess if a certified technician with proper experience was sent to diagnose the problem I wouldnt be out $400.My main reason for giving a one star is due to no communication from the staff after initial $89 diagnostic visit. Waited 7 days for me to reach out to them to see when I would be put on the schedule to rewire furnace, this was me reaching our to them. Got email back same day, saying they can send a tech out on monday from 8am-noon. Tech calls on monday shows up at 8:30am, runs the wiring, hooks everything up and still no heat, spends the next 3 hours troubleshooting, to find out its a motherboard issues. wondering why this wasnt found out on the 1st visit. at this point im out $489 and still no heat. was told by salesperson that he would have a quote for new motherboard as well as options for new furnace the same day or first thing the next day. well, here we are 4 days later and still no communication from the salesperson or anyone else there, until it was me again that initiated communication with them with an email I just sent them a few minutes ago.They may be one of the best HVAC companies out there, however their communication has been the worst......well at least with me, honestly not sure why? I read all the reviews prior to reaching out to them, have to say that the reviews are top notch, but at this moment certainly not feeling that way. we all know the phrase, you get what you pay for, well in this case not so much.Here I am 2 weeks later, $489 poorer, and still no heat on the 2nd floor. Thankfully the furnace on the 1st floor is working properly and that it hasnt been too cold just yet. Lets see how long it takes them to get back with me after my email I just sent them. Only positive thing is that at least i know what the issue is.....I think. I already know the cost of the motherboard, but curious to know what price they come up with.....that is to say that I hear anything back from them?

I was referred to Topline by a friend who had used them in the past. My furnace went out during one of the coldest periods during the year and I needed to get someone out quick. I called late evening and was promptly called back the following day before 9 am. I was able to schedule a technician to come look at my furnace that same day. The technician was very professional and broke the news that I required a new furnace. He was able to immediately refer me to one of their sale representatives who also was able to come same day. The sales representative was very helpful and took the time to understand what I needed and recommended the best option. The installation was scheduled that week and two technicians came out to replace my old furnace. The replacement went smooth, with both men being very professional and able to quickly remove my old furnace and replace it with the new one. The job went smoothly and when they were done, they cleaned up the work area and the part of my home that had gotten a little dirty during the work.I would recommend them to anyone having HVAC issues and will be using them in the future.

This company has saved us TWICE from the most frigid days of winter -- about two years ago and then again last night at the outside of the 2019 polar vortex. On top of that, their prices seem fair and reasonable. If you need prompt or emergency service, call Topline.The first time we called, it was early Sunday evening and I noticed our downstairs was exceptionally cold and the radiators werent pumping out heat. It was one of (if not the) coldest nights of the winter, and we had a 2-year-old child. My husband got out our laptops and called at least 6-10 HVAC companies that touted 24-hour service. For most of them, you have to talk to an answering service that knows absolutely nothing and asks you a bunch of frustrating questions. Then you have to wait for someone who knows anything to call you back. You have know idea how long thats going to take or even if they can make it out to your house that same day.With Topline, we got right through to a real person who worked for the company, and they were able to have a repair tech here in a couple of hours. We had heat back on again that evening.The second time was last night -- right before the temps were supposed to drop to -13 before wind chill. Again, I saw that the temp downstairs was 5 degrees lower than the thermostat was set for. We could hear the steam moving through the radiators, but there was no heat coming off them.Unfortunately, we couldnt remember Toplines name and couldnt find a copy of the invoice from their first repair. So we called a different company that had done a maintenance service on the boiler in the fall. They couldnt have anyone here until this morning between 8 am and noon. As cold as it was outside, we knew we needed to try and get someone here last night or risk a very, very uncomfortable night and frozen pipes in the kitchen.I finally got online, looked at my year-end credit card statements and found Toplines name there under Home Repair. We called them, and once again, they were able to have a tech out here in about 2.5 hours. He diagnosed two possible problems, drove back to his shop for the needed parts, and had restored the heat in about 2 hours.Thanks to the way the company is set up to have techs truly on call 24/7 and to the tech braving the arctic weather, we had heat again as of 2:30 am. We will not be losing Toplines number again!
