    Josh and his team are great! Theyre responsive, professional, and very helpful. I called them to rod my pipes bc they were local. Price was reasonable and they showed up on time.     I think that Josh is very knowledgeable about plumbing. His first service call he successfully rooted my sewer after another company had failed to fix the problem. At that time I showed him an ancient shower fixture that I wanted to replace. He was the fifth home remodeler or plumber that I asked about this and the first who came up with a reasonable approach that wouldnt require major bathroom remodeling. Then he came in and did it successfully in around 6 hours.

    This was one of the best home repair experiences I’ve had. In short, Josh did exactly what he said he would, for the price he specified, in record time. He could not have been nicer and he didn’t even make fun of my ridiculous DIY attempt at pipe triage. He came to my home to provide a written estimate approximately one hour after I contacted him. His price was extremely reasonable, and he fit my relatively small job of replacing a leaking pipe into his very busy schedule (e.g. fixing the multitude of problems that come with subarctic weather). The job was done a day later and the final cost was exactly what was specified in his estimate. The new pipe is beautiful and he left my basement cleaner than how he found it. I would highly recommend Josh for any plumbing services.

    I had called another plumber who we used before Apex Plumbing, paid to get a quote and never got it after 2 weeks.     Called Josh’s plumbing service because our mainline was severely blocked and caused backup to overflow in the basement bathroom. They were very polite, professional, and thorough. Told me before he does anything he would need to put the camera to check out the pipes. Found the problem in 33 feet. My clay pipe were cracked he gave me a reasonable price I got the work done and a reasonable time. And he did the work on Christmas Eve.🙏 highly recommend Josh plumbing don’t hesitate to negotiate price he’s very friendly.

    Had Josh-Rooter out today to fix a block in my sewer drain. They came out within an hour and got to work immediately. The workers were very friendly and provided excellent service!     I have a chronic problem with tree roots in my sewer lines. I called Josh yesterday afternoon and he was at my doorstep this morning at 7:00. He and his brother Charles were very courteous and professional. They even laughed at my jokes. Chopped roots and explained to me how to diagnose the severity of roots’ danger to the piping based on the color of the roots. I didn’t know that. I think I have a new permanent plumber!

    It’s never a good thing when you smell sewage coming out of the space next to your toddler’s playroom.     Josh-Rooter repaired a frozen pipe to our tub and had to cut into the wall in our kitchen. I thought it was going to be so expensive considering we called at 7pm. He was there within 45 mins and we had water again by 930pm. He was very professional, friendly, and he does not believe in half doing a job. He cleaned up behind himself.     I called this company because I was in a pinch and needed a new five foot drain pipe installed outside my house because the roots from my tree broke part of the existing one and josh came out and replaced it 2 days after evaluating the area.     JRP came through HUGE in the clutch for me this past weekend. After walking into my garage late on a Saturday afternoon to discover water coming through the ceiling like Niagara Falls, I frantically reached out to them and (unlike some other unnamed area plumbing service providers I contacted) they had personnel available and ready to assist in my time of need. They truly set me at ease by taking the time to understand my situation as well as manage my expectations with regard to ETA and pricing. Upon arrival, the technician was able to pinpoint the source and cause of my leak with laserlike precision in a matter of minutes, and proceeded to mitigate the leak and suggest next steps not long thereafter. Based on my experience, JRP technicians are the real deal...skilled, professional and (lest we forget) strictly adherent to COVID safety protocols. Its also nice to know that in spite of severe weather, theres a local plumbing service provider thats willing to brave the elements just to lend a hand. Will definitely keep JRP on the short list for future plumbing needs!

    I reached out to Josh-Rooter Plumbing and Sewer to help with a couple of important tasks in my kitchen. I needed to relocate and replace the plumbing beneath my kitchen sink, as well as install a new hot water tank.
