Had a bathroom shower clog that was really tough. I called Elite Sewer & Drain Inc. and they set an appointment to do home service with me very easy over the phone. They arrived to my home in less than an hour and fixed my issue in a matter of minutes. Price is fair for convenience. Their service also has 2 month warranty if the same issue arises. You can rely on them to get the job done.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Carlos was so responsive via phone, I called and they were out to my house for an estimate within an hour (another company I called would have made us wait 1 week). I hadn’t bought the new kitchen faucet yet so they scheduled the installation the next day. Gabriel did a terrific job installing the new faucet and removing the old one! Very kind and professional! These guys are fantastic! Exceptional work with friendly and professional communication during the entire process.Gabriel, his son Carlos, and John replaced a large section of our 75 year old main cast iron sewer drain and exhaust pipe along with all the plumbing for an adjacent half bath. This involved excavating a section of the concrete floor in the basement to climbing down into a sewer system in the front yard to rod out the main sewer line from house to street.Thanks so much guys! I called Elite Sewer and Drain after a search on Craigslist. I looked over many ads and decided to give them a call. After a brief explanation of my issue they sent out a plumber (Gabriel) to check out the problem.The problem was an old and no longer working sump pump. I was given a quote for parts and labor to which I agreed.Gabriel returned 40 minutes later with the new pump and got right to work explaining what he was doing the whole time. He puts you at ease as he reassures you that everything will be fixed and done correctly.He was very friendly and professional at the same time and also gave me a few maintenance tips for my water heater.I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for all my future plumbing services. This company is great! Our water heater was leaking and the plumber, Gabriel, was at our house 20 mins after I called. It was old and leaking from the bottom so we had to replace it, but he immediately set up our old unit to drain. Then he went to another job that was already scheduled, went to purchase our replacement unit, and had it completely installed about 4 hours after I made the first phone call. Between the 2 people we spoke to on the phone and the plumber who did the work, everyone was friendly and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. Great service, clean and very nice!We had a clogged up sewer line in our house that we noticed when one of our toilets would not flush even when we used a plunger and the shower next to the toilet started to fill up with brown water (gross!). I called Elite Sewer around 10:30 AM on a Saturday morning and Gabriel was at my house by around 11:00 AM to help fix the issue. He was very clean and kind and explained the process of cleaning out the sewage pipe that was in our basement so that we would have the least mess possible. He slowly drained the sewer line so we would not get the dirty water all over our storage room and rodded out the pipe and then the clog was gone and all of the water in the shower had drained out. The whole process took around 4 hours from my initial phone call to him being out the door after cleaning up after himself.Gabriel is very professional, knowledgeable, quick and kind and we will definitely refer his services to anyone who asks for a plumber. Carlos and his crew took care of all of it in less than a day--kitchen sink including new disposal, 3 bathroom sinks, bar sink including new faucet, 2 toilets, washer and dryer, cooktop, oven, and refrigerator water line.They were very attentive to detail, made sure there were no leaks, and cleaned everything so it all looked nice. Plus they are the nicest guys and very good communicators.Couldnt ask for better plumbers!

We had a clogged toilet. I have read that during the quarantine the plumbers are all working around the clock because of all the plumbing problems. I found Elite on Craigs List, and texted them about 11:30. I also posted on Angies List. One company on Angies List said they could come out the next day, which is ok, but Elite, said they would be there between 4-6 the same day. At 1PM they texted me that someone would be there in an hour, so on this super busy time, they had someone to my house in 3 hours from initial contact. I thought it was a simple auger in the drain, but Gabriel, the nice gentlemen who did the job felt like something was in the drain. He ended up taking the drain off and found a floss toothpick one of my kids threw on the toilet. Problem solved in less than an hour. The rate was very reasonable, I had been taken advantage of in the past with emergency plumbing calls, but Elite was very fair. I am thrilled with Gabriel and Elite and have found my guy in the plumbing business.

On Friday, January 8, 2021, I noticed no hot water in the basement shower. I called Elite Sewer & Drain, and they came the next day to scope the situation and provide an estimate. They immediately diagnosed a section of pipe that was likely causing a blockage, provided an estimate then replaced the 3 foot section of galvanized pipe, which had corroded to block the hot water flow, with copper. Within a couple of hours after they had arrived, the pipe was flowing with no leaks, and the shower operated as expected with hot water supplied to the shower head once again. Gabriel was able to come out on short notice Monday morning...to replace a shower faucet that wouldnt close completely, and had me trekking through the crawlspace to open/close the water main before/after showers. A truly miserable situation.The installation was tricky, as there were framing members directly behind the faucet hampering access to solder the pipes, and entry had to be made from the adjacent towel-closet...a very confined area that could not have been fun to work in.Gabriel handled it like a pro, and finished the work up quickly, and neatly. I was impressed every step of the way.From working with his friend who referred Gabriel to me (another impressive guy coincidentally named Gabriel, that installed a water heater for me the day prior)...all the way through to the finished products with my new water heater and faucet.Im very glad I found these guys.
