Our water heater went out during the night on New Years Eve. I was lucky to reach out to Warmer Water. I called first thing New Years Eve morning explained to Josh what I needed and that we didn’t have any water since we have a well. Without hesitation he said he could come out and do it for us! Josh was at our house a few our later, installing our new hot water heater (which, is located under our house!!). We found out that the hot water heater was original to the home - 1988! He brought everything up to todays standards, reasonably priced and was very professional! I would recommend anyone needing a hot water heater replace reach out to him.

Great experience with Prestige Plumbing and Josh. Had to have underground water pipes replaced from street to house due to a slow leak. Called him and he came right out and diagnosed the problem and told me when he would return to do the work. He returned when he said he would, dug up the pipes, replaced them and covered the area with grass. He also repaired the door that goes under the house.Nicest young man you will ever meet. He is not afraid of hard work- plus he is a true gentleman.I highly recommend Josh and his company and he certainly will be the one that I call for future plumbing needs.On another note - Josh came out when I called him as a sprinkler was not working and I was thinking it had something to do with replacing water pipes previously. He pulled the grass out around the sprinkler and that took care of the problem. He even got another sprinkler working in the back. He is so dependable and professional.
