    Thoroughly pleased with Local Plumber, LLC from start to finish! Next day dispatch after calling to make an appointment. George was hands down the best technician I’ve ever had on my property. He listened to me, assessed the problem with my water heater, explained the prices, options, and what needed to be done. I asked him to help me find and order the right style/fit for my closet, which he did. The next morning he was back installing the water heater in the time frame promised. I’ve had my home for 3 1/2 years and now I truly have HOT water for the first time. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thanks, George!

    Our hot water was rusty when filling a bathtub. John came out and instructed me how to drain and flush our 12 yr old hot water heater. No charge. We did as he instructed. A week later we filled a bathtub again and unfortunately still rusty. John recommended a new hot water heater. We opted to go from a 40 gal to a 50 gal. They came very soon, and did the job well! Looks great. Skilled, friendly and reliable customer service!

    Wonderful experience. Even during the chaos and disaster from Helene, our request was responded to within 24 hours and then we had a tech out within another 24 hours.     We discovered a major leak inside our garage & called Local Plumber LLC based on a friends recommendation. Despite calling on a late Friday afternoon, they were able to send a technician right away. John identified the issue, changed the faulty pressure regulator valve & replaced a pex pipe connected to it. He then showed us how to check the water pressure & adjust the regulator if needed.     John was definitely prompt. Called and notified me when he would arrive to do the work. He reviewed what needed to be done and after seeing what was happening under my house with the water leak; gave realistic suggestions. Those suggestions which would probably save me money in the long run. He when right to work and it seemed like in no time, he was done with the work.     We had Josh and Rob come out to repair the pipes under our toilet and they did a great job, got everything done in a timely manner. They don’t try to upsell you on unnecessary things, we had one of the big name national plumbing companies come out and quote the same project and they wanted to replace all these extra pipes, but Local Plumber said it wasn’t necessary and saved us about $600 in the process.. I would definitely recommend Local Plumber and the team, we were super happy with their work and professionalism and definitely plan to keep their number handy for the future.

    My hot water heater stopped working last month. I knew it was probably coming soon because most of my neighbors have recently had to replace theirs. That day I saw a Local Plumber truck driving down the road and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Grant, the owner, and he said he could send someone right out. That was a nice surprise since it was almost 5 pm. 20 minutes later John B arrived. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He did a few tests just to make sure the water heater needed to be replaced. He came out early the next morning and installed a new one. After speaking with my neighbors about pricing they were disappointed that they didn’t call Local Plumber. Another company in Greenville charged 50% more for the exact same water heater. I definitely recommend Local Plumber!-Chuck

    Had a continuous water heater pipe burst. Local Plumber was out and had it repaired. Had a lack of hot water issue. Local Plumber came immediately and found issue. When a previous company had hooked up a gas hot water heater, they connected a hot pipe to a cold pipe so no matter how high we turned up thermostat water was not hot. Within minutes hot water was flowing. Very nice folks, always courteous and explains the problem and options. Highly recommend.

    Very friendly, fast and efficient service. Arthur definitely went above and beyond with installing our outdoor spigots and replacing a leaking shower drain. Ill definitely call them again for all of my plumbing jobs!... Update... We had a kitchen sink clog that was actually on down the line. Drew quickly diagnosed and cleared the problem and then TOTALLY cleaned up under the sink by wiping the entire area clean with a disinfected spray. A+ rating!!
