    I called Struse Plumbing on an emergency before hours. I received a call back within half an hour. They had a crew to my house asap and they did a fine job of locating the problem. I have called Struse before and they always respond quickly and do a thorough job. I will always use Struse as they are very reliable. Great job guys!! Thank you!!

    This review is a long time coming and they deserve more than I could write here. My home had a water line in the ceiling break. My kitchen ceiling, several walls, tile, my kitchen, hallway, and adjacent bedroom all suffered water damage. I wont bore you with my year long battle with insurance to get this covered. I do want to highlight that Struse Plumbing helped me every step of the way. They went WAY outside of what I would consider a reasonable level of service with getting this damage fixed. They did everything they could as we navigated this nightmare and more. They worked as hard as they could, helped the home stay mold free, and bent over backwards to restore it to the condition it was in prior to this mess.This review would be a book if I outlined the whole scope of this Adventure. If Struse Plumbing is an option for whatever your need is, you shouldnt go anywhere else. Unmatched customer service and dedication. Period.

    I cannot give enough kudos to Struse Plumbing. If you need a plumbing company, these are your go to folks, from the Phone staff to the Owner, and the completion of the jobs. Excellence, should be their motto, because that is what you will receive. These folks are REAL plumbers and they know their jobs, not just snakers like most of the plumbing companies in town. Highly recommend Struse for all your plumbing needs. Five Stars for the entire company and staff.

    We’ve used Struse Plumbing since we bought our house 18 years ago. As always they were able to fix the problem and explain why it happened so we can make changes to keep it from being an ongoing problem. The sink backed up on Friday and they weren’t available until Monday. Rather than just push us off, they offered the number of an emergency plumber who could come that day. We waited until Monday but they understood sometimes you can’t wait.

    Nate and his crew at Struse Plumbing are top notch. Their scheduler (named Rick) is first class; always polite and always keeps us in the loop on arrival times. They have a modern and expensive water jetter trailer that pressure washes all the grease and buildup out your entire homes plumbing drains (kitchen, bathrooms, sinks, toilets & sewer). These guys dont mess around! Professional, courteous, clean, caring, & competent!

    Top notch service. Been dealing with issues from this septic system for years. Lots of differnt plumbers, Lots of guessing, Lots of money. Stuse came out. Troubleshot the system with his state of the art equipment and we were able to make the neccessary repairs without digging up the whole system. True professionals!!! Dont waist your time and money with those other guys. Get it done right the first time.*****+

    My main bathroom and master bedroom had water flooding them so I called Struese and they responded within an hour. Nathaniel, David and Ryan were professional and personable. They located the leak and even though it was a slab leak they managed to reroute the pipes to stop the leak for the time being. We still have lots of work to be done to finish repairs but Im impressed with this company so far.

    Today I experienced a plumbing emergency. The irrigation pipe outside had broken with water flooding outside my kitchen and Arizona Room wall. I was able to shut off the water inside the house but couldnt turn off the main water valve. When I called Julie in a state of crisis, she was empathetic and calm. Julie was able to coordinate a plumber to come under two hours.Justin responded and jumped right into turning the valve. He was able to target the pipe and cap it off. He was very courteous and personable. It was resolved right away and the pricing was fair. But most of all, feeling gratitude to meet people who were able to be dependable and supportive to the start of a harrowing day.

    When I called to make an appointment I spoke with Julie and she was very friendly and managed to squeeze me into their packed schedule. Nathaniel was the gentleman who came hooked up my new water softener. He was fast, friendly, and explained everything to us! I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

    This company is great at everything they do. I had several thousands of dollars of plumbing work that required to be done. My tech, Josh, was extremely professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. He worked in a very timely manner and was incredibly friendly as well. Would highly recommend this company and Josh to anybody that needs plumbing work done.

    Nathaniel came out to repair a leak under our kitchen sink and he was a true professional. He did a great job repairing the leak and even took the time to speak with my home warranty company to get the repair approved. I highly recommend Struse Plumbing!!!

    Daniel Struse as well as the entire Struse team did a fantastic job with my tank less water heater. Besides the heater using less than a quarter of the space my old water heater used, it has cut my gas bill in half. I have an endless amount of hot water, which with a teenage daughter is a must have feature. The installation was absolutely second to none. Everything that was installed is neat and orderly, and the attention to detail was amazing. If you are looking for a dependable plumber that will not cut corners, then this is where you need to go. I would recommend them to anyone that I care about. Fantastic job!!!!!

    We bought a HUD foreclosure home, old. The pipes were still copper. Struse not only came out and fixed everything, 3 sinks, replaced a lot of pipes. They came out within one day of our first call, gave us a fair estimate, scheduled the work the following week. All fast and punctual. Then, we found a problem and we werent sure if it was something related to their work, but they gave us the benefit of the doubt and returned for a second fix at no cost.I couldnt be happier. Great company. Great service. And really saved me with this old, broken home we bought. Thank you, Struse Plumbing!!!
