Very professional, excellent work! The technicians are always very knowledgeable & take the time to answer questions & offer insight & solutions. Ive had to have 2 different drains unclogged on my older home in the past 3 years, & Dusty Underwood has always done a great job, completing work faster than I expected! The first drain I needed unclogged had to be hydro jetted due to scale buildup, & it still drains like new 3 years later! I recommend them to all my friends & family in the area.

Our system was backed up. I called them as soon as they opened. They had a truck there early afternoon that same day. The individual that drives and operates the truck is very professional and knowledgeable. The helper on the truck is also professional. The driver found another lid that we didn’t know existed. They dug out that lid and cleaned out another tank we didn’t know we had. Great company and great people!

My experience with Dusty Underwood has been exceptional from start to finish. The office staff that I spoke with (Breanna and Stephanie) were friendly, quick to respond, and easy to work with. The gentlemen who did the install (Jonathan and Mike) were thorough and courteous, and they took the time to explain some things to me (like how to drain the water heater) that I didnt know about. I had a water leak in my bathroom and water was shooting up in the air. This was a Saturday afternoon. I called every plumbing company in Paris Texas with no luck, they were all closed. Then by the Grace of God, I found Dusty Underwood Plumbing. They were amazing, the young man came out and fixed everything on spot. He had all the materials on his truck, very professional!! I cant say enough good things about Brian and Johnathan who fixed my leaky toilet. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed the issue and got to work fixing it right away. I was so impressed by their knowledge and expertise—they knew exactly what they were doing and made quick work of the repair.Not only did they fix the leaky toilet, but they also took the time to explain what had gone wrong and how to prevent it from happening again in the future.Overall, I couldnt be happier with the service I received. He gave us some tips about maintaining the bleach chlorinator and using the plain liquid bleach that does not contain the gel with the no splatter label. By matter of elimination, which took awhile, he decided to fix a leak at meter to see if that was the problem. So far the leak is fixed! He saved me thousands of dollars by going the extra mile.
