They were quick to get me scheduled for an assessment of the situation. Chance was very detailed and professional with explaining the problem and the process to resolve the issue. Price was reasonable! He was knowledgeable about the damage to my house, filing an insurance claim and getting a mitigation company. They were able to get the repairs started quickly. Matt and Tristan have been a pleasure to work with. They are both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The Boss came by on day one and was very nice and professional as well. We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to assist us with a water heater that had died in our home. The water heater went out on Saturday and we talked to Ms. Michelle on Monday who set us up with an appointment on Tuesday between 12-5pm. When I called to confirm I was told it would be much sooner. I was so happy to not have to sit all afternoon. Mr Scoggins came about 11:30 and got right to work. He put on his rubber boots to protect our floors. He took pictures and explained what was going on every step of the way. My wife and I have a policy that is supposed to cover all our home appliances. Mr Scoggins sat in his truck called the company, and talked to the adjuster for a while. He came back in explained to us that our claim had been denied. We talked to the adjuster and he explained that something in the small print allowed them to deny our claim. Mr Scoggins explained that we could possibly call Ms.Michelle to help us with financing. We called and talked with her and she gave us a couple of companies to call. We tried but was denied because of the purchase of a new car I purchased, plus a few other things. Ms Michelle continued to assist us for two days until we finally found a way to get us a new water heater that we can fit into our budget. We want to thank you very much. You guys are the greatest. I will be recommending you guys to everyone I know, and I will be on every Military Veteran page I am on praising you guys. Thank you very much for your help.

Matthew and Tristan were pleasant and knowledgeable and did an excellent job replacing our hot water heater and bringing it up to code. David Saunders was the service technician that quickly came out to our home tonight. Praise our Heavenly Father for good people like him and Jeff Hunter. When I called after 7 pm tonight, I was afraid that they wouldn’t be able to help us, but instead I received reassurance from Mr. Hunter they could help.When David arrived, he quickly assessed the problem and came to our aid. While replacing the cartridge in shower, he made sure he didn’t do any damage to the brass. He verified the water pressure was still good and of course stopped the leaking. He even cleaned up after he was done. David was very professional and we will definitely use you guys again.Mike and Tonja12/18/23Unfortunately, they had to come back out for the same problem with shower head. This time they had a couple of other guys try to repair. Evidently, this time it’s some other part that needs to be ordered and couldn’t be repaired tonight. Chance was amazing. All my toilets overfilled and tubs filled with water, without any use. I called many places but Benjamin Franklin plumbing moved around some things and was able to get my in for my emergency. Chance was great at explaining everything for me to understand, walking me through the process and showing me what happened on his camera. From my initial chat with Jeff (owner) who took my call on a Sunday afternoon, to Michelle (scheduling/dispatch) helping coordinate the service visit, and then finally with Chris and Elijah (technicians) who helped with unclogging a drain, and then informing my wife and I of an unfortunate larger issue caused by the initial builder of our 6 year old home...I could not be more pleased.
