Had septic tank pumped yesterday. Everything with this company was top notch from my phone call to make the appointment, to the appointment confirmations via text and arrival time notifications via text, to the actual job of septic pump by Tim was spot on. He is very professional, answered all my questions and did a great job. We have used this company a few times over the years for septic inspections as well. Always dependable good service at a competitive price. Definitely recommend.

Hands down the BEST septic company around. Timely on all of their service calls and most recently repaired an issue for no cost. They did a great job inspecting our septic before we closed on our home and then even brought it up to code for a very reasonable price. Family owned and operated. Go no further than Shelby Septic!

Had our septic tank pumped out and Ron helped locate the clean out as we had purchased this home recently, and werent exactly sure where it was located. Vicky in the office was also wonderful to work with, as she located records of previous service. Overall I highly recommend this company!!!!

He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Everyone I had dealt with at Shelby septic was very nice. We had a difficult tank to navigate to but they had no problem locating & accessing it. They were timely & professional. I’m a general contractor & they are my go-to for any septic need. Highly recommend.

They came to our house twice. First time they couldnt find the tank. That is understandable as we have almost 10 acres. The second time we had a drawing of where the tank was located. He still couldnt find the tank. Of course they didnt mind charging me for doing absolutely nothing! It is bad enough they dont answer their phones or give us a window of time for the guy to come by. Now we have to dig up our front yard (ourselves) in order to locate the pump, which they were supposed to do.Edit: Although I was quite frustrated at first, Shelby Septic made it right. They pumped our tank and they are scheduled to put in a lid and riser tomorrow. The gentleman I spoke to tonight called me after hours from home to make sure I was taken care of. Seeing how we were treated (after them knowing I wrote a bad review) they still treated me with respect and made sure I was happy. I felt the need to edit this review because they deserve the same respect they showed me. I would recommend them in the future because I now know they care about their customers.

Shelby Septic came out to pump our septic tank today and could not have been nicer. The technician went above and beyond while he was here. He thought there was an issue with a few of our leach lines and offered to call a septic repair company for me. They came to look at it while he was still here and determined that it was a minor issue that did not need to be addressed immediately. Both men were very kind and just wanted to make sure our septic tank was functioning properly. I highly recommend Shelby Septic. They are the preferred company in my neighborhood and now I know why. Thanks so much!
