Very professional and stands by his work. Had the entire underground supply line replaced months ago. My neighbor lost water for a couple hours around midnight. I sent him a message thinking it was just a me problem and within seconds he assured me he would take care of asap.Turns out, it wasnt on us but he didnt ask questions, just said hes on it. I had a phenomenal experience with Rivers Plumbing. I have had an issue with my kitchen sink for almost 2 years and was always worried about getting it fixed because of the costs. Rivers came out for an initial assessment and truly impressed me by how knowledgeable and quickly they were able to diagnose my problem. They were able to get my sink draining again in almost 20 minutes of installation and were very thorough in explaining what they did and how they did it. They were upfront with all of the costs that were associated and I did not have any surprises throughout the entire process. I will surely be calling them again and have told several others to do the same.

They arrived within 3 hours of me calling them. We had 2 toilets that were clogged for no reason and turns out the entire system was backed up. They discovered the problem and were able to fix it within an hour and kept us informed throughout the process, on top of setting up the system for future ease of access and told us how to prevent build up and why it happened and how to fix it in the future. They were kind, professional, and we definitely will call them when were ready to update the pipes.

Loved working with Rivers plumbing! They were timely and communicated well. We had a small leak and noticed a crack in our toilet. They recommended we pick up the toilet ourselves to keep us from having to pay them to pick it up (I always appreciate companies who help you save money!) They recommended two different brands for us to choose from and they were easily found at Lowe’s. Rivers installed it the next day. We will likely use them in the future for other plumbing needs. So happy to find a quick, reliable, and honest plumber.

For a business that has only been around for 3 years, their professionalism goes way beyond that! I called the company at 6am on a Friday, and someone was at my house at 9am same day! Don was absolutely amazing. He came out to give me an estimate and assured me that he could get it done. Literally, it took him longer to get the part than it did to repair my pipes under the house. When he was done, he showed me pictures of the before and after, and the work was spectacular! Relievers Plumbing has a forever customer in me, but hopefully I wont need them again lol.

He replaced a pull-down kitchen faucet as well as 2 bathroom faucets. He was knowledgeable about existing brands & parts and provided advice about the faucets purchased, supply lines, etc. Will definitely call him again in the future!

These guys are THE BEST!! My hot water heater broke just before an ice storm shut everything down for days. Driving conditions were terrible. After waiting for a different plumber to arrive for several days, with no hot water, we finally gave up and called Rivers. They showed up the next morning during a blizzard and I had hot water within an hour! They’re my heroes!! They were friendly, efficient, and less expensive than our initial plumber. I will never, ever use anyone else!

I called Rivers in the morning and he was at my house that afternoon. I had an underground water leak between my meter and the house., a 106 foot run. He found the leak and replaced the entire water line. He checked everything in the house to make sure there were no leaks and made sure everything was right. He gave me a 10 year warranty on the new piping system and did everything he said he would do. Rivers is now my regular plumber and I highly recommend him.

I had a leaking pipe at my mom’s house so I called Rivers plumbing around 7am. Rivers agreed to have someone there in the afternoon. Unfortunately, he had an emergency situation that was going to postpone the repair until the next day. As luck would have it, the leak worsened and I was going to have to make a two hour trek to get to moms and repair the leak. When I text Rivers of the situation, he responded. Within two hours he had repaired the leak. Rivers plumbing is someone I would highly recommend, hands down. Thanks again!

Two gentleman from Rivers Plumbing were sent to my home. Both were very polite and professional. The gentleman that spoke and engaged the most seemed knowledgeable and possibly in a supervisor type roll. The other gentleman was just as professional however, I could not tell if he was in training or just quiet. They seemed to be a great team and was I and out fairly quick. They took pictures before and after showing and explaining what was needed in their professional option. I should have asked them to show me some of the basement work as I realized I had more questions after they left but that was my fault as I felt so confident in them I wasnt following them around or rushing to check the work. Ive only been in Shelbyville a few years now but, I just found my go to plumber. Thx guys.

Rivers brought a team with him they all immediately got busy and worked all day hard and finished all the work in one day. They replaced most of our cast iron pipes under the house,replaced our toilet upgraded the faucet in the shower. Installed a clean out drain outside for the sewer. We will have the guys back to do any other plumbing that needs to be done in our home.

We couldn’t be more satisfied with the service we had done today. We had a sewer ejection pump not work right. I called at 6:45 this morning they said they would be by soon they were here at 10:45. They diagnosed the problem it ended up being the float was not working properly after cleaning it up it started working. Instead of replacing a good part they explained some preventative maintenance on it. I’ve definitely found a go to plumber. Thanks again.

Rivers Plumbing did an outstanding job fixing our problem, and charged us a very reasonable rate. They got rid of a large amount of corroding cast iron pipe and replaced it with PVC. Very stand up guy, I really appreciate you giving me a call and clearing everything out.I had a pipe that was leaking that I didn’t know about. Ricers said they were busy, but would try their best to squeeze me in. They were there within a couple of hours. The job was done very efficiently, properly and what I considered cost effectively.
