Easy purchase and delivery to Decatur within a 24 hr period! Delivery guys were respectful and careful to property and new speed queen washer and dryer set. Gary, our salesman has been attentive and prompt with questions and concerns. So worth the 30 minute trip to Shelbyville from Decatur when looking for a small town service mentality!

We needed a water heater replaced. I reached out to multiple plumbers in the area… only one responded. Macari has been fantastic. They were quick and got the job done. We are thrilled now to have a trusted service center to work with for future needs.My only critique is it might be nice if the job site was cleaned up when finished and/or maybe a credit for gashes in our wall from carrying the water heater down the stairs. Or breaking a decorative piece. These things are upsetting and is the only thing we are concerned about for future calls. We had had two total jobs with them and both times, we had to fix something, be it gashes in the wall or replace decorations that were broken. And of course, as I mentioned, had to clean up screw and wood/pipe shavings from the floor.That sounds like a bit of complaining but we are truly happy with the service and appreciate their speed and ability to get the job done.

Always prompt and very good with service calls and letting you know your options. Both Mark and Steve are so nice to work with. Always good service when calling or going in to purchase an appliance. Have purchased my washer and dryer from them. Great to deal with.
