Update: 09/03/2024 I increased the star rating to 5 stars as the State Electrical Inspector stated that this company did an excellent job on the wiring of my new A/C.This service was used by Blue Ox as a sub contractor for my A/C install. I was not too happy with the fact Blue Ox used a sub contractor instead of their own in-house people that was acquired by Blue Ox/Paul Bunyan called Early bird. With that said.The electrician came to my house at or about 2:00 pm on 08/29/2024. He ran a new wire harness from the outside circuit box to the new A/C unit and then he put a new switch onto my furnace with one plug in it for the new condenser pump.One thing that bothered me was he pulled two breakers from my internal circuit box and stated they were over-rated for the A/C unit. But, my normal electrician (Twin Cities Electric, LLC) that I use for electrical work never said this to me will be having this checked out.And for the fact there was no set time for this guy to show up. I am a 100% disabled veteran that takes a boatload of medicine and I need to sleep at times. Blue Ox told me this guy could show up anytime up to 5 pm. Not to happy here.

They arrived on time, were very, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The completed the wiring of my new HVAC, AC, and the installation of a new electrical panel. Their work was excellent very organized and diligent. I appreciated their expertise, and I would highly recommend them .
