    Scheduled to get quote on work in my home, arrived the same day of call, plus was early which was a bonus. Alex looked over everything and had 3 bids to choose from. Price tag I knew would be in the ballpark he quoted. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I look forward to scheduling the repairs and feeling safer knowing the box will be replaced. Thank you Alex.Update, owner contacted me the same day Alex was out; I know this is short notice, but can we come out tomorrow to complete the work? Didnt miss a beat and said YES. So fast forward to today...Noah and his other helper (sorry forgot the name).     Wow! Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had them replace an Outdoor Antenna and install new coax from that antenna to three rooms in my townhouse. As they were working they asked me questions about what I wanted and when we ran into a snag they laid out my options and asked for my input. Very happy with their work.     Alex & Tanner were Timely this Friday 11 October 2024,,,who both greeted me with warmth and smiles......... This service today was to troubleshoot a 5 year old Fire / CO detector,,,,,, that started to chirp every 60 seconds,,,,,,,After I had replaced with new batteries in October, the 11 detectors in our home... Alex tested and observed that the detector was in flux while sensing the air..... He offered to replace the detector with a modern engineered Kiddee he had on truck,,,Solved the situation.     Would highly recommend Finch for all your electrical needs. They have easy scheduling, including helping with any inspection scheduling. Everyone there is friendly and professional with great communication, always keeping you updated. If anything comes up different than what was planned, they always take the time to walk me through options, including pricing options.For my most recent project, I had a large number of people at the house over a couple days and every single one of them were great! (Eric, Drew, Patrick, Micah, and Jake) And I definitely love working with Alex Lavictoire! He is great with talking through those options and is so responsive to any requests, questions, or concerns that come up.     What a day it was for me to learn that my main breaker needed to be replaced! They say it happens in threes of bad juju things happening and that day I was landed with the final two of bad juju.Originally I had another company out that quoted me 10kā€¦. 10k to replace my main breaker- I had reached out to Finch Home Solutions and spoke with Dawn where I quite literally and embarrassed broke down into tears as I explained I no longer needed a quote but some price comparisons as 10k was not at all in my budgetā€¦Dawn was sympathetic and I sent over the diagnostic report from the other company and quotes of options where Cody the owner reached out to me directly. He was extremely patient with me and answered my scattered brain questions but delivered not only a quote damn near half the price but Eric and Kevin who were absolutely professional, friendly, effective & efficient and completed the job in a day.As someone who is very familiar with the process of starting and operating a small business that takes pride of n providing values and ethics of operating a small business- I knew just by speaking with Cody and his amazing crew I wouldnā€™t be disappointed and I was not.I would highly recommend Finch Home Solutions and if anyone needs a recommendation for their type of service I will gladly without hesitation recommend Finch Home Solutionā€™s.Thank you again!

    The owner of the company, Cody, called me to apologize for a scheduling issue, took the time to explain it, and offered to perform the service call himself so I wouldnt have to wait for the tech assigned to my area. When I told him that wasnt necessary and I could wait, he personally rescheduled the appointment for me with the tech ASAP! Now thats how you run a business!

    We have done a lot of updates in our home with Finch Electric. Every time we have contacted them we have been very happy with the service provided to us in a timely manor. All the employees we have had in home are extremely professional. Just today Alex who we had not yet met, came out and was very professional and knowledgeable with the craft as well.     I wanted to switch out old tan switches for new white switches. I figured that if I took photos of the old switch before putting on the new switch, I would be doing everything properly and save myself some money. How hard could it be?! I checked out wiring books from the library, and watched wiring videos on YouTube. I changed the switches, with the help of my electrical engineer ex-husband. When I tell you it was not easy, Iā€™m being very understated. Old wires that barely bends, wires that were too short, running in and out to turn off/on power, etc. Then the box from hell came into view (photo below). I thought I took a photo of it before taking the old switches off. No-I failed. I could not figure out which wire went with the other wires to turn on/off foyer light switch, what wires connected to foyer and outside lights, other switches and outlets. Finally, I called the pros at Finch Electric. Two guys showed up, Alex L. - Journeyman Electrician, and Ben - Internist. It took Alex (& Ben) two hours to get everything straightened out, and get it all back working. Alex was the mastermind. Thank you so much Finch Electric, along with Alex and Ben.I recommend this electric company wholeheartedly!!

    I received a call informing me that Alex would arrive in about twenty minutes, and he showed right on time! He was very polite, quick and efficient.I greatly appreciate that he offered to put my smoke detector back up after I mentioned a recent head injury. Also, he remembered to close the basement doors after he was finished so my cat couldnt sneak into the area.He explained everything very clearly in a manner that I could understand.I would recommend both Finch and Alex for anyone looking for electric work.

    We asked for help with confusing wiring in our 55 year old house. We were pleased to receive service the day after we called (other companies contacted didnā€™t respond). Alex and Patrick carefully listened to our issues and clarified what we wanted to accomplish. They gave an estimate for the diagnostic work and also gave a range of pricing should more or less work be required. Pricing was within a range that we expected.They were able to identify the confusing wiring paths, come up with a solution to simplify the wiring and remove cross-circuit connections. Alex and Patrick also gave us an evaluation of our old, much used electrical panel. They were excellent to work with, respectful and diligent in their work. We would definitely use their services again with no hesitation.

    I contacted Finch Electric about having an EV 240v outlet installed in my garage. After the initial inspection and estimate by one of their electricians, I accepted their bid and was scheduled for installation yesterday. The electrician assigned to my project, Drew Kathman, and his apprentice, Sean, showed up at the appointed time, and after a brief review of the work to be done and inspection of the site, began their work. They were very well organized and hard working! They completed the work in a few hours.They cleaned up their work areas and you would never know the project had been done! They explained everything they had done and asked if I had any questions. They were truly professional in all aspects of their work. I would highly recommend Drew, Sean, and Finch Electric if you need any electrical work done in your house.

    I am giving 5 stars for Matt Blood, for he was great. I would give 0 stars if I take Matt out of my review. I had three new smoke detectors installed by Finch in December 2022. The one with the carbon monoxide detector is impossible to open to change the battery. I also have the monthly plan with Finch. So today, when I asked for assistance with changing batteries, I was told there would be a $100 per battery fee. This does not sit well considering Finch installed them AND I have a monthly plan. Coming out for a safety inspection today would have been a perfect opportunity to change batteries, but not for $300. Iā€™m rethinking my monthly plan, I donā€™t think itā€™s of much value if a one minute job canā€™t be done at the same time someone from Finch is already here doing a safety inspection.

    Eric, Drew and Sean were amazing and professional. Eric gave an estimate and listened to my ideas on a Friday. The 3 of them came back on Monday and completed the installation of 2 ceiling fans and upgraded track lighting to wafer LED lights. The new look has modernized the rooms. The entire experience went smoothly and stress free!!

    Finch Home Solutions did a wonderful job for us. We needed to install a 240 volt out let in our garage so that we could use a level two charger for our new EV. The original visit went well, they arrived on time, they were both very polite and they listened to what we wanted to do, then checked out the situation and gave a a quote with two options. We selected an option, made a down payment and they scheduled the actual installation. On the day of the installation we received a call and a text with the name of the technician. They arrived right on time, and got the job done in four hours. They cleaned up everything after the installation and di greta work. We had received an email with the permit request and the form we needed to give to the inspector when he comes for the final inspection. All very professional. We would highly recommend Finch Home Services for your electrical needs.

    I canā€™t say enough how incredibly amazing this team was! We had our entire upper floor and bedrooms installed with ceiling lights and changed fixtures (over 20 lights) and switched out our electric panel for an entire new one (HUGE project). They took down all of our old light fixtures and disposed it for us. Pricing was great especially for how much they did, how quick they got it done, and how hard they work. Everyone was so professional and respectful. The office crew was even great, I was able to text them about scheduling/ rescheduling and questions. We had Ian come out to do an estimate and he was straight forward and gave us lots of options and recommendations. I was able to reach out to him at anytime with questions. The communication is great. We had Seth, Eric, Alex, and Cody come out to do the project. They were all awesome!!!! Our attic is super old and small and they still managed to climb in it and work with it somehow (shout out to Eric for that), was honestly amazed and didnā€™t think it was possible but it seems like nothing gets in their way, they can do it all!     I had an excellent experience with Finch! The are nice people who ask questions and answer your questions. They clean up after themselves and are very good around pets. They show you exactly what they are doing any why. They give you options for the work and the payment. They work around any of your needs such as a way to keep a heart monitor plugged in.     This is the second time weā€™ve used Finch and both times have been phenomenal. The first time at our previous home the installed a sub panel. In our current home they did a full day of work installing ceiling fans, a bathroom fan, light fixtures in our garage, light switches in the basement, an additional outlet in the basement, and even doing a quick switch change from dimmable to a flip switch. They came out and consulted and we worked together to figure out what was immediate need fixes and what we could wait until later.One of the major selling points, was when the first time we hired them Cody, the owner, came out to give us an estimate. He explained they charge a little more than other big companies as they full benefits to all staff! We were sold! We love a company that cares about and treats there people well and it is so evident in the work they do.Following the work Finch did, their office called within an hour after the electricians left and scheduled for the inspector to come out. This company never ceases to impress me. I am grateful for their honesty, professionalism, and cleanliness. We will totally use them for more projects in the future.

    First, this company excels at customer service & communication. Second, my electrician, Eric, was really knowledgable and explained the work he was doing. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the sticker shock I got with pricing, but only because it is my first need for an electrician in 20 years. I know other companies are more expensive than Finch and have no where near the level of personal communication. I highly recommend this company. It was a great experience which is rare these days.

    Finch is the best! I just had an issue solved over the phone by the owner, Cody, at no cost. Iā€™ve used them several times before and always had a great experience but this was above and beyond ā€¦ If I could give Finch 10 stars, I would.Hereā€™s the story. I paid Home Depot for delivery and installation of a brand new LG electric stove. Unlike other appliances, stoves donā€™t have an actual plug-in connector on the back. The Home Depot installer made the electrical connections and was about to leave when I asked him to plug-in the power cord to the wall outlet to make sure the stove worked properly. Well, it didnā€™t and of course right away he blamed the outlet, the old house, etc.After some troubleshooting of my own I noticed the circuit breaker kept tripping so I called Finch and Cody picked up. He was super helpful. This was on a Saturday afternoon and he suggested we facetime. We did and he identified the issue immediately and even tried to help the installer by walking him through the two steps it would take to fix it. When the installer didnā€™t get it Cody suggested I send him pictures so he could highlight what was wrong. But the Home Depot installer left and insisted there was something wrong with the house. I called Cody back after he texted me the marked images and offered to help me further if needed. Within 5 minutes we had the stove working. He told me he had seen the same issue many times as homeowners often end up paying him to come out and fix it.

Long story short, Cody asked the right questions and helped me determine that the $5k+ investment of expanding my electrical panel from a 120v system was not worth doing. He helped me clarify that my actual needs would be consistently met by charging my vehicle overnight, over a 5-6 hour period, and I would not truly get a cost-benefit by upgrading my electrical system.     Great company and great electricians! I ran over a wire mowing the lawn near my outside ac unit and wasnt sure if it was safe or not. We called around 6pm and got an appt for the next morning. The company called that morning to confirm my appt and dispatch an electrician (Cody). They also sent me a picture of Cody so I would know who to look for. He arrived very shortly after that call, and diagnosed the problem as just an old low voltage wire that could be safely cut and removed. I forgot to mention that it was raining outside too!     Put these guys on speed dial!! What a wonderful company to trust in your time of electrical needs. We called when our living and kitchen outlets failed. They sent someone same day. Seth and his partner found the problem and had us up and running in less than an hour. They returned the following day with parts to permanently fix the problem. Incredibly friendly, fast, and professional. They were even respectful of the fact our daughter was napping. Did not try to sell us on anything that was not needed and left our space clean. We will 100% call them again if needed.

    Very professional, from the beginning to the final walk through. My project was supposed to take 4 hours.     I had to rewire my entire home from aluminum to copper. After getting quotes from 8 other companies, I decided to go with my 9th and final quote, from Finch. The process of scheduling was very easy, Amber and Rebecca were always kind and answered right away. Every single person who did work in my home was extremely respectful, kind, patient and efficient! I was previously warned about the amount of holes/repairs I would have to do by some of the other companies but it was EXTREMELY minimal with Finch. Not only did they provide me the lowest quote, they also did their work very quickly and were done in a week. Their office also helped me schedule the city inspection. I truly cannot say enough great things about this company.

    Best price with NO arrogance. I was amazed at how much money I saved with NO professional sacrifice. On top of price Cody and his team where respectful and kind. Not like the pompous attitude born of entitlement with some other Nonaffordable electric companies. The job was finished very fast and the space cleaner than when they started.
