I reached out to SeaGreen Plumbing via email on a Sunday afternoon. I received a quick reply asking a few questions and letting me know I could expect a call in the am. Rick called first thing in the morning and was able to find a water heater and work me in same day! Which, as anyone who has been without hot water knows, is amazing! He was sure to provide me with all the relevant information I needed and explained things in a way I could understand. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and kind. 10 out of 10 recommend Rick and SeaGreen Plumbing!

I have hired Rick of SeaGreen Plumbing twice. The first time was to remove my old propane stove. He was the only resource I could find in my county who was qualified, and he did a wonderful job, saving me a world of headaches. The second time was when he installed my new water heater. Again, it was painless and again he was great. He was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and the price was quite reasonable. He is now my designated plumber for life.

I called SeaGreen Plumbing to ask for advice on choosing a new Water Heater; Rick returned my call in a timely manner and was very honest, informative, and helpful. He went the extra mile to obtain the one that we decided on, and made all of the arrangements. Rick kept me informed each step of the way, and did what he said he would do - not something you can always find in a business anymore! Seagreen Plumbing installed a tankless water heater in our house and deserves a five-star rating.Rick, an experienced plumber who recently started his own company, has provided us with high quality plumbing work and excellent customer service (technical product advice, returning phone calls, keeping appointments) at a reasonable price. Rick really cares about his customers and is going out of his way to help in an emergency (as he did during the recent blackout that left us without hot water). We are glad that we found Seagreen Plumbing. In the meantime, Rick replaced our non-flushing toilet with an excellent Toto toilet and we are planning installation of a Water Softening system.

Rick was fantastic, he came out and told me I did not need several repairs, he explained condensation in the hot water tank and its drainage. I asked him to return a week later and install a pressure relief valve drain line. Mine had been covered in concrete on this new house when they poured the front porch.Now Im up to code and at a reasonable cost.I highly recommend Rick, if you dont need the work done, he will tell you, honest and will explain what you need and why.

Seagreen has done two jobs for us. The first was to switch a hose bib to unsoftened water and the second was to rough-in a bathroom model. Can’t say enough good things about Rick. Prompt, courteous, professional just to name a few. He always took time to discuss the different options and offered plenty of suggestions to save us money. He used quality parts without me asking (metal toilet flange, cold expansion pex, and oversized nail guards). Additionally, Rick asked for all relevant install manuals. Even though he has years of experience, he still took the time to double check the manuals to ensure it was done right the first time.We also appreciate how Seagreen communicates via text messaging or phone call. So much simpler and quicker to text.

Absolutely fantastic service. Rick was amazing and found us a solution to a somewhat unique problem. He was out looking at the problem extremely fast... got the part ordered quickly and when it came early he came same day to get it installed! I could not ask for better service, efficiency and just all around great experience !
