    We called Northwest drains the day before Thanksgiving in the afternoon and they came right out and solved the problem our septic system was having quickly and at a very reasonable expense. Thanks to their quick response we do not have to cancel our plans to have family over for Thanksgiving. We will not hesitate to call them again if needed and will absolutely recommend them to others in the future.

    I sent a message to Steve last night through Google during a huge emergency and even though he was booked solid he was more than happy to assist me over the phone. I can’t begin to tell you how awesome it is to find someone who will take time out of their busy schedule to help a clueless homeowner along through septic issues that were causing serious damage in the home. With his expertise we were able to get water flowing away from the house even though the septic is in absolute need to be pumped. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a plumber in this area!     One of the best contractor experiences Ive ever had. Steve patiently walked us through what we needed to do on the phone when our septic alarm went off. He got to us promptly and was able to tell us everything we needed to know about operating our system as well as other tips to keep our system healthy. Not only did he not try to sell us on things we didnt need, we would have been happy to pay for things he didnt charge us for.My only gripe is he wouldnt let us keep Essie!     Steve was great to work with and did an excellent job with our Septic system. We had to get it jetted. Not only did he provide the service efficently and properly, he also took the time to walk me around my system to make recommendations for future daily maintanence and insights to know about. He was prompt to making a reservation and very friendly. Highly recommend his work!

    Northwest Drains is the best if you have septic issues. My septic was slowing and I needed it fixed in order to sell my home. Steve and his crew got the job done. We had tree roots blocking some of the drain lines. They were patient and determined to get the job done. Excellent customer service! And kudos to Essie(golden retiever) who hangs out at the jobsite. Shes awesome too!Thanks guys! Youre the best!

    I called three or four other companies and for several weeks could not get anyone to even give me a call back. I then expanded my search to include sequim and Steve with Northwest drains answered the call immediately. He made an appointment to come out the very next day which she showed up first thing in the morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed everything. Highly recommend Steve and his company to anyone who wants to actually get the job done. Very professional, courteous and well informed.plus he has a very cool little furry sidekick that I got to spend the day play ng with... Would have no problem recommending him to friends and family. I know if we ever have a septic issue again hell be the first person I call

    Steve rocks! We had our septic pump burn out and our tank alarm went off. I called since we needed immediate help. Steve came out, put a new pump on and found we also had a clogged pipe, so tank wouldnt empty into drainfield. He had it all taken care of within a matter of a few days. Kind, courteous, and explained what was happening and what he did. Thanks again!!

    We had an odd request - a kitten in an air duct. Steve told us he could help with his camera system. He showed up, was very friendly, stayed until the job was done. And all after a long day where I’m sure he just wanted to go home. Actual “hero” moment. Grateful for him and his kindness. I truly cannot thank him enough - hoping to use him and his services in the future...for normal drain and sewer things! Cheers.

    Called Steve to trace our septic lines. While trying to get the camera down the pipe he discovered the main pipe to the field was cracked YIPES. Luckily he travels EQUIPPED. He promptly unloaded his mini-backhoe thing and dug a huge deep hole and fixed it. Efficient, friendly and no goofing around. I dont know his assistants name but he was also 100% on the job. And as others have mentioned, Essie, the dog boss was also a joy. And the price seemed totally reasonable to us.     Was here within an hour on a Sunday and quickly found the problem, fixed it (thankfully it was an easy fix, especially on a Sunday!) and checked the levels of the septic and got us hooked up with a septic pump company since it was time to be pumped. He also let us know what to look for if it kept happening and how to get it fixed. He is now our go to for all our drain needs!

    I can not speak more highly of this company.. Steve and his team are wonderful, respectful and really really know there stuff.. They found and fixed a problem thats been ailing us for a long time .. 4 other plumbers walked away.. Northwest Drains didnt back away from the job to point get to the actual issue.. (the use of thier camera system allowed them to traverse up the side Y connects to the kitchen, the laundry loo, the office loo and then eventually up the main pipe to connect to the upstairs bathroom.. They pinpointed the spot with the camera and a sonic detecter with sound waves to finally give us a clue where the Drains pipes ran under the house.. At the end of the day now we (After 7 months) can turn the bath and sink water on and flush the toilet.... Thank You Steve and team for being so awesome 😎😁🚽🚽

    Septic backed up on a Sunday. They were here by noon on Monday. Cleared out the blocked line. Gave the drain field a check and set up a tank pumping for Tuesday. Good rates. Highly recommend

    Northwest Drains - Steve Smith & Mike work together to FULLY test & inspect my Pressurized Deep Trench Septic System. They are VERY thorough and checked both tanks - scum & sludge levels. Pump tank transducer checked good. In addition my septic pump was checked for flow of 50 gallons/minute - VERY good. Pumped all 3 laterals in my drainfield. They pulled small roots from my transfer box. VERY FAST !! Highly recommend !

    Steve of Northwest Drains is an exceptional example of an honest and honorable craftsman and engineer.he showed up exactly when he promised,on a cold and windy morning,identifying the problem and applying his skills to fix my backyard sewer line almost immediately.I had not had a working system for over a week.he then laid out the requirements for a permanent solution and put me on his schedule right then.he also repaired a broken gate for me unasked as he saw I was limping from a severely twisted ankle.I cannot stress enough how refreshing it was to deal with someone who was forthright and forthcoming concerning the situation and solution.I will never call anyone else again.I can give him my highest recommendation.

    What a great experience! We had strange noises coming from our toilets, and having never had a septic system before, were at a loss for what was going on.
