I had a wonderful experience with Austin at Mountain Pumps and Plumbing today and would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with plumbing and septic systems. Austin sleuthed out the source of our issue (a leaking toilet and plugged bathtub), isolating it to a plug in our sewage line under the opposite end of our house. He cleared it out, reseated the toilet and tested everything, fully solving the issue ~ all with a wonderful sense of humor and educating me along the way. Very highly recommended.

There is a good reason Mountain Pumps and Plumbing has a five star rating! I called six companies for an emergency water leak at our rental house in Port Angeles and none could find time to help us, despite the fact that the houses’s water main had to be shut off. Mountain made time to come within several hours, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Prompt, respectful, communicative and reasonably priced! Highly recommended!

I dont normally leave reviews however after dealing with Mountain Pumps and Plumbing I felt compelled to do so. We had Austin out to our house to locate a leak in our well system. He was extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable. He made everything easy for us non plumbers to understand and even gave us some information on other services they offer that could help with our septic drain field and let me know we also had a leak at our irrigation pump and gave a few suggestions on that. Even Hayley in the office was very knowledgeable and helpful and got us scheduled quickly. It is very rare that I am so impressed by a company and thier service these days as most companys just want your money and dont care about the customer. I will definately use them for my repairs as well as any future Plumbing or pump needs! Thank you so much for everything!
