We called Advanced Electrical Services to install a new circuit under our kitchen sink to prepare for a new instant water heater and install a new ceiling fan in the living room.Ryan was the technician that did the work. Ryan was on time, friendly, & did the job in a timely manner. The charges were reasonable and we will definitely use Advanced Electrical again if the need arises.

Our fire alarms were going off on their own. We called for an appointment, scheduled out 4 days. Zach and his team showed up right on time, with the proper equipment to do the job. They gave us a couple of options and we went with new replacements since probably at least one was faulty. It was a quick job. Friendly, professional service. We highly recommend them.

Weve had such an issue getting anyone to work on our house. I am so happy that no other electrician returned my calls. This company was scheduled to come out between 12-2 today. I got a phone call 10:30 asking if they could show up early (yes please!). Within an hour of working, our dryer cord/outlet was fixed, our dining room light was repaired, our living room outlets fixed, ceiling fan/light wiring issue fixed AND he even finished installing our new fan. All of this was fantastic, but the best thing? He stopped and spoke to my special needs child. I know how small that sounds. But this is HUGE. I am so beyond thrilled with this company. I would recommend them to any and everyone. Thank you a million times over. For not only fixing our issues, and explaining them to me (like so many wont because Im female), but for seeing my kid and acknowledging her. Price was great, they were prompt, courteous, friendly, professional, and KIND.

I called AES regarding my refrigerator continually tripping my breaker. They sent someone out to my house in less than 1 hour. The service tech was very professional and located the origin of the problem within minutes. After resolving the issue, I was very pleased with the cost of the service call and the parts to replace. I would absolutely use them again and recommend to all.

AES showed up on time and were outstanding. Saying they were professional, polite, patient, and kind is an understatement. Ryan and Duncan did not leave until the job was done correctly and completely. They cleaned up afterwards as well. They not only had to do more then they anticipated in the original estimate but honored the original estimate without even the slightest hint of trying to charge more. In todays world it is truly a breath of fresh air to do business with a company that does it the right way with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. I will only do business with AES when comes to any electrical work. Thanks guys you are AMAZING.

We worked with our builder and AES remotely. The process is difficult enough when you are local and there onsite. The AES staff made this easy, provided guidance, and offered suggestions that with everything your thinking about you might not have thought of. Hands down this company is fantastic. They were on time from the assessment straight through to the installation. They took extream care of furniture and flooring, cleaned up & took old fixture and garbage out each day. We had several things to do in the 2 days they were here. Each task was well thought out and done with extream care and expertise. The people in the office were accessible and pleasant to work with. We just cant say enough about Zach & Brenton. Thank you! I contracted AES to wire a new dock on Lake Keowee, and to install low voltage lighting on a deck located adjacent to the dock. The 2 person crew of Zach & Kia were right on time both days. They are both very nice and courteous and were very conscientious about the project. Both installations look great, and work perfectly! Zach and Kia also left the dock and deck area neater and cleaner than they found them. I would highly recommend AES for electrical jobs in Seneca, SC.
