    I called TB Plumbing this morning, never having had any knowledge of the company except what their website said. I thought Id take a chance and ask for an estimate to replace a garbage disposal. In addition I was interested in gettinga new kitchen faucet. Konstantin gave me an all inclusive price for each of these items. I accepted the price and hoped for the best. He was at my door in about 2 hrs. He was well prepared with everything he needed to do both installs and had it all done in just under an hour! I am very happy with Konstantin s expertise and knowledge of the products, the fact that he gave same day service and his can do attitude. The price was very fair I thought and I highly recommend TB Plumbing to others.. Im sure I will use them again!

    Our hot heater broke the morning of Jan 31th. They were assigned by our warranty company to fix our problem. They were here to evaluate the problem Thursday AM, got approval from Warranty Co for new heater and installed today. Much appreciated their response as we had no water. Sara in the office was great to work with and kept me informed. Thanks TB plumbing!!

    It was a Friday in October and the day of my rehearsal and rehearsal dinner (yes I was getting married Saturday). So early Friday morning, I run the washing machine and our toilet and tub bubbles up. Stress level is a bit high now. So I call them and tell them my urgent need of help. And they had Konstantin out within a few hours. He was great!! He snaked our line and saved the day. Very grateful. Very professional. 5/5

    Konstantin is a great businessman and an even better person. We have been dealing with a nightmare scenario with a home warranty company and he will stand up for his customers. As far as the work done, Andre came out and promptly repaired a leaking shower valve. He did excellent work and the leak is gone. I cannot recommend this company enough. We need more small business home repair type companies like this one.

    We needed a plumber asap to help us get working water valves for a washer replacement and Konstantin was able to get out to us the same day we called and did quick and good work for a reasonable price.     We got to a rough start when our warranty company wrongfully denied our claim and TB Plubming avoided contact with us but we then sorted out the denial. Aside from that TB Plumbing was good to work with and they did work hard to get our warranty coverage sorted out on their end.The service tech was timely, efficient and professional.

    5 star experience from start to finish!I was recommended TB plumbing by a friend because of their awesome experience, and Im glad I followed through.From the first phone call where they took the time to answer all my questions. The owner (Konstantin) actually came out to my house and was very thorough and provided a detailed estimate on a whole-house water softener/filtration system.I also asked about our water heater which is old but still functional. What I really appreciated was his honest opinion and that he didnt try to upsell me on getting a new water heater, instead taking the wait and see approach. That really built my trust in them.They were able to come back the same week to do the water softener/filtration system and we LOVE IT. The water tastes great (none of that chlorine/chemical smell) and it feels great on the skin. My wife is already noticing her hair and skin is healthier.Happy to recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high quality work!

    Great customer service with their office staff and the with plumber who came out to our house. TB Plumbing came out and replaced our leaking water heater. They did what they could to have a plumber come out very quickly to replace the water heater. It felt so nice to have hot water after another company tried to over charge us for a new water heater.     Had a water leak in a hot water line and TB Plumbing got it all fixed up quickly and efficiently. They were able to get to the leak from outside and saved us from having to demo an entire bathroom to fix the leak.     We had a kitchen stoppage for almost 30 days started October 30. My insurance company sent out one plumber and they couldn’t figure it out and then they sent me out tg and B plumbing Constantine and then less than 30 minutes he had it corrected and water was running freely. He is a master plumber and he understood the problem as soon as I explain what was going on and without even going in my house, he knew how to correct it. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and our hero.

    I was very pleased with our service we received. They were prompt to send a tech out to fix the leak we had in our shower. The staff and ladies that answered the phone to schedule the appointment were very friendly and helpful. The repair was fixed in a very short period of time, and Andre did an excellent job.     Had a great experience with Konstantin this morning. He was punctual for starters which is more than I can say about the first plumber I called. Konstantin worked extremely hard to remove a rusted faucet. Probably more work than he anticipated. He was eventually able to remove it. Was also very fair on the costs since it was such a difficult task. Will definitely use them again!!

    Had a clogged toilet, they showed up, fixed it in less than an hour and charged a very reasonable price. The gentleman who came was extremely nice and showed me how to ensure the same clog didn’t happen again they went above and beyond I would recommend them and will definitely use them again.

    My home warranty company, Choice Home Warranty, set up the appointment with TB Plumbing to repair my leaky faucet. Elena was very responsive, I received a number of phone calls (even on a Sunday evening), as well as text messages. They were on time and at the first visit George said I would need a new faucet. My warranty said that although leaks were covered, faucets werent, but they told me to get one, came back a day later and installed it, all for my service fee. George was very courteous and professional, along with his partner, and checked a number of times to make sure it was not leaking. Elena assured me that they would cover the builders standard for a faucet, and in fact, TB reimbursed me the $40 allowed, so I didnt have to wait until CHW did. Great service, great communication...Im going to insist they come out if I have more plumbing issues. Thanks, TB!David Lubin

    Elena was fantastic that day when I couldnt use my toilet, sink, or tub d/t a blockage that happened suddenly the night before. She fit me in so Konstantin could get to me in the afternoon even though they were busy. He went right to work, had the blockage gone quickly, made sure everything was working well before leaving.     Complete 5 star experience. Constantine is super qualified. Leaky pipe repair, replaced water heater, toilet repair, replaced disposal, changed outside hose bib. Very price competitive as well. No reason to consider anyone else. This is as good as you get.

    I had the pleasure of meeting Constantine who came to my home and immediately assesed the situation with my garbage disposal. He was on time, professional, and explained in plain and simple words what the problem was with my garbage disposal. Before he left my home, he gave me simple instructions to keep the garbage disposal from any further wear and tear and replaced the disposal for me. I will now strictly call TB plumbing for my issues related to the plumbing in the kitchen and the bathrooms.

    12/2023 updateso, again I try to give TB Plumbing an 2nd chance, mainly because of my warranty company but because their workers were really good. I dont know what happened in the last 8 months but the professionalism is through the roof, I get call backs, they did a decent job on getting my tub diagnosed and im happy to say that they have changed and I will be using them again in the future.3/2023 original reviewThis is sad really, every employee I spoke with was great except for the leadership Constantine. Ely came out and diagnosed my tub and explained really well what rhe issue was. Now my warranty company resigned this contract to another company and they gave the same diagnosis. I was then given the choice to pay out of my pocket and get reimbursed so I wanted to go with TB Plumming.I called, multiple times, I was told that they would call me back with a quote and a schedule for repair. That never happened. I specifically told Constantine that I WOULD BE PAYING not the warranty company. He said multiple times that He would call me back.The last conversation I had with him was that if he didnt want the business just to let me know and I would move on. He told me that they would be doing the work and again he would call me with pricing.This was a week ago, the company is unreliable and Im done with them. Im glad I dodged a bullet because if they act like this on doing the work, Id hate to rely on the for warranty work.

    I was told Konstatine would be here between 11-1...he was at my door at 11!!! Very Pleasant, asked me what the problem was (leaking toilet)...walked in to the BR and pointed out how i could easily fix a problem with a rust stain in my sink.....then went to work on the toilet...which he found the problem right away and had to exchange the float value and the external tubing. I will use TB Plumbing for all my plumbing needs and tell all my friends.....and will always ask for Konstatine!!!

    I strongly recommend TB Plumbing. I called the owner initially (Constantine) on the weekend it was Sunday at 1:55PM (February 2022), hoping to leave a voicemail. He answered and I was out of town and my water heater began leaking. He was there within probably 60 minutes, assesses the situation, and had everything fixed within the same day. Which let’s face it, that’s so hard to find companies work on weekend, and not charge an arm and a leg! Not only was he willing but he was more than reasonable with his repair costs.Yesterday (June 2022), I had an issue with a cracked flange on the toilet and it began leaking. I called at 8:44PM, (again hoping to leave a voicemail) instead he answered and was here in 20 minutes. He assessed the situation and came up with a brilliant idea to fix what had been an ongoing issue (recent purchase and previous home owner had no idea what they were doing). No issue, what I thought would have been a big issue he had everything fixed in maybe 45 minutes (during that time we had a cup of coffee). And again, his costs were more than reasonable.I can’t speak highly enough about TB Plumbing. Such amazing owners, and their attention to detail is unlike any service I have ever used. I will strongly advise any plumbing needs gets assessed by TB Plumbing. I look forward to doing business again!Thanks,Nickels
