The install was great, they temp checked both heating and air conditioning and made sure that I knew how to use the new thermostat. They asked me through out the process if I had any questions. These guys are the real deal! My A/C fan stopped spinning on Momerial day in the evening. I diagnosed the problem to a failed capacitor. I called C K’s Heating and Cooling, they texted me and helped me confirm that the issue was indeed a failed capacitor. They helped me get the part, which they had at their Seminole location, and even FaceTimed me to ensure I installed it right. Above and beyond! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!C K’s Hearting and Cooling did it again! Jesse dispatched Brandon out to diagnose my A/C unit. Brandon came over and saved the day in less than an hour! Called late afternoon on Wednesday, they sent a tech out to me in Andrews the next morning. My unit is an early 90s unit and its basically at the end of its life. The tech was able to replace parts that were needed and get my junk unit to work again. It was more affordable than local companies. The tech was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend!

Called CK’s on a Saturday and the gentleman had plans with his daughter’s performance which was Saturday as well . But Johnny with CK’s came out just to check my unit , the breaker box , the indoor unit and the compressor on the outside of my house . He checked all I listed above and worked so quickly and efficiently and found the problem. He was very polite and friendly to give his time to my a/c issue to be a little late to his daughter’s performance. He was a Good Samaritan to say the least and with it being 105 degrees outside and me living alone , I don’t know what I would have done without his kind support and help . God bless this young man. CKs just installed a heat pump system in our home. David gave us an estimate with multiple options and answered all of our questions. Equipment was ordered and installation date setup. The installation crew was friendly and worked quickly to remove old system. They installed everything that was discussed in the estimate option we chose. They made sure we didnt have any questions and that the system worked properly. We have been using CKs for many years and have always been happy with the service they provide!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have been wonderful to work with. We had them install a new heating and cooling system, replace some ductwork in the attic, and blow in new insulation as well. The whole process was very professional and they were very attentive to our needs. They were fast and efficient. CK installed a heating and cooling unit for us years ago when we lived in town. They did an excellent job. They maintained the unit for us and they were always available even if it was after hours or on the weekend. More recently, they came out during an extreme cold spell and helped us troubleshoot our heat pump and showed us how to utilize our emergency heat. They are always so nice and prompt. Excellent customer service!

Our heater went out before midnight on a Wednesday night. I called CK the next morning (Thursday). Ricky took my call and said he would send someone out ASAP. I had a rep at our house within a couple of hours. Rep was thorough and even showed me and explained the reason our unit was not working. We had to replace heating unit as well as AC unit (It had been out a couple of years). I went out to buy portable heaters for our home until we could replace units. Got a call from David and he told me that CK had portable heaters to lend out! They saved me money right from the start! David came out and we got an estimate to replace everything. They came out early Friday morning and installed everything! Ducting was upgraded and replaced as well! All this was done in a timely, cost effective and professional manner! I will continue using CK and recommend them to everyone!

Wow! The customer service at CK’s is outstanding!! Brandon arrived at my house on the same day as my call to Ricky for service and very professionally informed us that a costly cleaning would likely not solve our AC issues. He contacted David in Sales who came to the house after I got home from work that SAME DAY to produce an estimate for a replacement system! David emailed me an estimate in no time and kept in touch with me via text answering all of my questions even into his evening at home with his family. Applying for financing was quick and easy as was arranging for payment of the remaining balance. My system was ordered and picked up the following morning, and David contacted me about beginning the installation THAT AFTERNOON!! An extra technician joined the crew at my house when he finished another job, and the entire indoor/outdoor system was done in just a few hours! Amazing!! 🤩 If you find yourself in need of service for your Heating/AC system, please do yourself a favor and contact CK right away!!

After contacting my normal “go to” for getting my AC cooling again at my business and getting a poor response and no details of how long before the problem could be fixed or how much it might be, I contacted CKs. They were very professional, friendly, and honest about a time frame and upfront about possible costs. I contacted them and within an hour, my AC was working again. Called Friday morning and they came out about 10 oclock. Replaced the water manifold. Found some other problems and fixed them too. And on top of all that they gave me a senior discount. Have the restaurants dont give seniors discounts. So far Im pretty impressed with CKs. They will be my go to plumbers whenever I need a plumber.

Three days ago the compressor burned up on our a/c unit. I called C Ks late that afternoon. They came out the first thing the next morning. They went and picked up the compressor themselves instead of ordering it and making us wait while it was shipped. (it was 95 degrees in our house!!!) They came this morning an replaced the compressor. This is the second time Ive used this company. They are the sweetest, nicest, and most respectful repairmen I have ever used. They do a great job, AND they clean up after themselves. They go above and beyond!

Where do I start? We had a problematic Pioneer mini split install ... CK came out several times trying to fix the issue. Finally, Pioneer decided we had a dud outside unit and sent us a new one. Throughout the THREE service calls and countless time here trying to trace out the issue, CK was fair in their billing. The new unit fixed the issue! Fast forward to a month later and our unit starts freezing up ... CK sent a technician the same day, found the leak and filled up the freon ... again for a fair price. You CANNOT beat the genuine customer service provided by this company; David is FANTASTIC and so knowledgeable! Were headed to Midland and you bet your butts, well have CK come there if we need minisplit service!!!

Told the tech a previous tech had used a chemical for leaks and refilled the frion and it came back out so if the frion got refilled again it would leak right back out which would only make sense if nothing new is done to stop the leak right? Well after checking everything the tech disregarded what I said repeated the same thing as previous tech and it all came back out. I still had to pay the bill for it too and am back to square one. If tech could not find leak and they are aware of what happens when its refilled theres no reason to refill it. Did not listen at all and frion is not cheap. 4 stars instead of 1 is because the owner or rep is ethical and comes off like they love what they do and it shows in their service skills.
