After Hurricane Helene, our family was finally starting to get back to normal when our plumbing system failed. With four adults, a dog, and a Friday night ahead, we knew we needed quick help. Jims Plumbing was incredibly responsive, and Jim Jr arrived promptly. He carefully listened to our problem, diagnosed the issue, and efficiently fixed it. Jim was courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. As a business owner myself, I can highly recommend Jims Plumbing for their exceptional service and expertise.

JIM SAVED THE HOLIDAY! At the last minute, Jim fixed my rental homes clogged toilet so that my paying tenants and their guests could have a working toilet for Thanksgiving.The clogged toilet was to be completed by another plumber who cancelled TWICE just before a major holiday; however, Jim knew the importance of a rapid response, and he took time out of his busy schedule to fix the problem. My tenants and their guests are happy to be able to enjoy the holiday with a working toilet. Jim is now my plumber for all rental properties. Thanks Jim!!

We were blessed today! Found water coming up through my flooring in the kitchen on a holiday doesnt sound so good, but while looking up some plumbing companies we came across Jims Plumbing Service. #1 they answered the phone on a holiday. #2 they listened to my problem and worked up a time to get over to view it. In less than 45 minutes they had pulled into my driveway. Jim and James came in and started working on the problem immediately. Clean, professional, honest and caring men who know their stuff! They completed the job quickly and put the kitchen and bathroom back together again. The cost was what I expected and the new pipes and drains worked beautifully. 100% this company will be our choice again should we need a plumber. Very satisfied customer!

Amazing service! I cannot say enough good things about Jim’s service! We had a renter in our house and the hot water was not working for them. We called Jim and he went right over there at 8pm to check it out for us. The system had to be replaced so he came back first thing the next morning and had it done in two hours. We are so grateful we found him online. If you need work done, don’t hesitate to call Jim!

This company was literally a blessing! I called in the morning let’s say around 830? Worried because we had a leak going into my son’s closet. They were out to us by 1030 and had the situation handled and fixed within a couple hours! They were so pleasant and understanding with me and just took one part of anxiety and freak out away from me. They also gave me guidance on what to do next. But also they were affordable.i thought it was going to be way more money then what it was so we’re grateful for that too. Thanks so much for making a hetic situation so much easier.

Jim’s plumbing was a life saver.We had a different plumber (Joe Cool) come that tried to say our water heater element replacement would be 1500.00. They even tried to say we needed our entire water heater replaced 2500.00.My husband called Jim right after. He was able to come out within a couple of hours being my husband had a flight to catch. He came out, replaced the elements and it was a fraction of the price. He even said our water heater wouldn’t have to be replaced for a while.Thank you for being responsive, trusting, and fair.
