My hot water pilot light would not stay on. I called, he asked for a couple pictures and knew what the problem was right away. He had the right part in his stock and was able to get me right after the job he was currently working. Got the job done quick and had a very reasonable rate. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area.

In my experience, Village Plumbings owner and sole operator Douglas Robinett is by far the best plumber ever!Accessible, reliable and extremely competent, Douglas is professional, on time and 100% trustworthy!We were super lucky to have the services of Village Plumbing and so is the VOC!Douglas is more of a 10 star guy!!

We had some issues with our plumbing that had been getting worse over a couple week timeframe. I texted VP, provided a video of the problem, they diagnosed the issue, provided a reasonable quote, and came out shortly thereafter to fix the problem. The diagnosis was correct, communication was good, the problem was fixed, and the cost was reasonable.

I can recommend Doug for any plumbing job without reservation. He installed a new water heater and a Nuvo H2O water conditioning system (in lieu of a water softener) and installed a new hot water recirculating pump that I bought.I got a bid of over $7,000 from a reputable local plumbing company. Doug charges time and materials and estimated my job would run something over $3,000 (up to $3,500). When it was done, he handed me a bill for $2,400! He did an excellent job and it was on time. He had great communication. A couple times he was a little testy when I kept asking questions over the phone while he was trying to finish another job. I let it pass and it proved to not be an issue.He ordered parts; he explained to me what connections I needed to order for the recirculating pump to hook up with my system. He ran my system through a number of tests to see if it could handle the Nuvo system. He listened carefully to my opinions, ideas, and questions. He explained how everything worked in plain language I could understand.AFTER the job was done, he stuck with me until we got the Nuvo system adjusted to work properly. He called the company for information and gave me literature that explained step by step how to make the adjustments.I rarely have such a superlative experiences with contractors. He was great.

Fair pricing, he goes the extra mile to help you with your plumbing needs. He did a little bit of research for my on-demand water system and was very insightful on what was required for the job. If hes not able to do the job he will recommend the right person for you. He work on the piping for kitchen sink and did a beautiful job! He add some precautionary measures to my kitchen sink without charge. He has a lot of ingenuity and prepares your plumbing so theres no problems in the future! I was also impressed with his punctuality, he responded to my text in a timely manner, and when he says hes going to show up at a certain time hes there. He also very flexible on scheduling. A+ thank you for your help!

Douglas did a wonderful job! He worked very hard on my water heater, sink, disposal and dishwasher in a very timely manner. He was polite, kind and courteous. I will be sure to call on him if I need a plumber again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
