I have used Northland Plumbing many times before and I am very happy with their service.They are always on time, diagnosed my problem throughly, explained to me what was going on and even gave me several options of how I could solve my problems effectively.The last service I was pressured with the schedule due to my AirBnB customer arriving that day . Jerry the owner came up with a temporarily solution during their stay which absolutely was perfect and I did not have to inconvenience my customers at all .Then after check out, Jerry and his help immediately came to fix it for good.Jerry has been in the plumbing business for more than 30 years and one must say that he is a professional from old schoolI highly recommend Northland Plumbing especially since you will save time in having your problem diagnosedThank you Jerry for all your help

There is nothing better than finding a reliable plumber. Especially when your a vacation home owner. The first plus is that he answered the phone! The second is the kindness and third, he went to the home (when he said) fixed the problem all in a few hours. The thing to note is that our regular plumber has not even returned our call and he and his team finished the job. We now have a new plumbing company. Thank you guys!

Jerry and his daughter came to my Airbnb and replaced the water heater. They were very respectful and courteous. The Javalina got into the trash and knocked it over and while Jerry was waiting for the water to drain he cleaned up that mess for me. What a gentleman!! I will always use Northland Plumbing and I highly recommend them.

The guys came out and diagnosed the leak and didn’t charge me anything. Very friendly and generous with their time.

My experience was great! I had a leak under my kitchen sink. The guys showed up and diagnosed the problem and made a correction to the dishwasher drain hose and the leak seemed to be corrected. A few days later, the leak issue came up again. The guys came back out and made a different correction as the new leak seemed to be a different cause than the first. The did not charge me for the return visit. As with any diagnostic, it may not have been perfect...we are all human after all. However, they were willing to stand up for their work and correct it without charge. Thats solid customer service! BTW, the second trip, they came immediately after the call to them and they had to stay about 90 minutes to make sure it was perfect. Ill hire them for all plumbing needs in the future!
