Langstrand Contracting recently renovated a house we bought in December 2019. The old floor was removed completely down to the concrete slab and renovation included removing walls and installing a new wood plank floor as well as travertine tile. Work also included installing new gas lines, Designing a new gas fireplace, replacing windows, widening walls for new windows, installing numerous lights and other fixtures, and repainting the entire house. This was a large job with many aspects, including rethinking how the house was configured inside. Chris Langstrand was equally fastidious in the quality and skill of workers and subcontractors that he brought in for different jobs.Chris Langstrand offered innovative ideas about design and construction which produced for us a wonderfully livable house. Throughout the project, Chris was open, explanatory, helpful, on the job daily, and paid close attention to every detail. We so appreciate him and we recommend Langstrand Contracting highly and entirely without reservation.
