I have used Whitetail Plumbing twice now and cannot say enough good things about this local company! Few years ago a valve broke off under the sink and this past week I had a leaky water heater on a Friday and gave them a call as I just did not want to mess with this. The two young men (brothers) came out and had me fixed up in no time.The older brother was super and could actually carry on a conversation while helping and teaching his younger brother.Thank You again

Unbeknownst to us we had a rusted out sewer pipe that when it collapsed it clogged up our entire system. Their representative took our name and number and watched her schedule and happened upon an opening to get someone out to us. She called us back to let us know when they would be out and they were right on time. In this day and age when no one returns your call they not only return your call but they watched their schedule to see if they could possibly help you out. We will call them first in the future.

We have used them in the past to snake a drain and they did an excellent job. So when our 27 yr old water heater died today, we called Whitetail. They brought a new water heater this afternoon. The 2 young men that installed it did a great job! They quietly worked quickly and efficiently. And they were so polite and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves too! The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them. My husband is a home inspector and often refers his clients to Whitetail. Job well guys!

I had contacted another company first who lost my appointment, so I was very frustrated. Should have called Whitetail first. They gave me some advice on how to fix the issue myself first, which most places would never do. It didn’t work so they got me on the schedule first thing the next business day. I got a confirmation call that the guys were on the way and they showed up on time, not between 8-12 or 1-5. They were very professional and quick. They were done with 2 jobs in under an hour and kept me informed every step of the way. Can’t say enough good about this family owned company, they will treat you right!
