If you are looking for a plumber in Sebring, FL, Monarch Plumbing is who you should choose. My husband and I had a big issue in our master bathroom this morning. Our toilet was clogged, and the water was backing up into our shower. Along with this, water was seeping out from under our toilet. I called Monarch and they came out within the hour. Not only did the plumbers they sent come out within the hour, they fixed the issue entirely within two hours. On top of being efficient, the plumbers were very communicative, friendly, and thorough. You could also tell they were honest, which gave us great peace of mind. Monarch Plumbing has to be the best Plumbing service in Sebring hands down! If you’re in question of who to use, go with Monarch.

Amazing company and amazing customer service. We had a plumber come out only days after we called. Not only was he personable but he was efficient and above all else HONEST. A couple days later I contacted them with a small detail I wanted fixed. Within 3 hours the owner of the company contacted me personally and had it set up to be adjusted. Great family man, Great family feel to the company. I will refer every single person who asks about a plumber to Monarch Plumbing Inc.

For anybody looking for a honest top tier plumbing company this is it. i work in Sarasota and got a call from daughter this morning telling me she hears a noise coming from our wall. I instantly had them shut the Watermain off drove all the way back home and called Monarch plumbing. These people are kind caring and instantly got someone to me fixed the problem in less than an hour. I had a pipe burst in my wall behind my shower had it fixed repaired and cleaned in no time and the price was just right. I applaud their work ethic and timeliness to get to the job quickly I recommend them for anybody in the Highlands area. Very knowledgeable staff.

I called and explained my plumbing problem. They were very friendly on the phone, which I was somewhat surprised as first time customer. Said time would be late in day if that’s alright. Our sewer line got clogged and we tried ourselves to unclog it with not luck. We honestly just googled plumbers and Monarch was our second call. Should have been our first! I called and left my information expecting a call back later in the day. Less than 15 minutes later they pulled up and were in and out in under 30 minutes! Definitely recommend!

I love this place!!! Ms. Tina is really awesome with the scheduling and payments. Mr. Mike is hands down the BEST PLUMBER EVER!!! He is teaching a young man named Chris. If he keeps listening to Mr. Mike and stays true to his current work ethics, he’s gonna be as good as Mr. Mike one day. All I know is when it comes to plumbing, I don’t want anyone else in my house. They shoot straight with you and leave the horse pucky at the barn. They are as honest as the day is long and actually care about their customers.

What I thought was a simple leaky pipe turned out to be a faulty water heater that needed replacing. Ouch! I thought, but Mike and his crew provided me with a brand new Rheem high quality water heater for a very competitive and fair price. Their finesse and know-how in getting the thing installed in a very tight space was a feat to witness! Let me tell you, Monarch gets it done!

Our kitchen sink faucet shut down late last night. You dont know how much you miss it until you have to haul water from the laundry sink! I called as soon as they opened (9:00 a.m.) and was told they could have someone out in twenty minutes. The young man who came out was polite and efficient. He was here a long time because he had to replace the faucet (he offered to try to fix it, but I had never liked that faucet anyway, so he agreed to let me run to Lowes and pick one up which he installed). When he told me the cost was only $123, I was surprised. I thought it would be over $200 for sure by the time he finished. He had the old faucet out when I got back and had the new one installed in no time. Now we have a great faucet and plenty of water and we are very happy campers! Thank you, Monarch. You lived up to the other review!
