    I had a great experience with Plumbing SDL LLC. After an initial miscommunication with the warranty company, they were able to schedule me with the next available appointment. I was expecting to have to replace my water heater, but when Justin arrived he determined that the water heater wasn’t leaking, but rather the pipe connecting to the wall (which is a significantly cheaper repair). He was kind, efficient, and I appreciated his professional integrity. Thank you, Justin!

    SDL plumbing is as extremely knowledgeable, friendly and took care of business very quickly. I highly recommend them. Also I realize that there are a lot of low reviews, and just based on my conversation most of the techs they had who racked those up are gone. The techs they have now are great. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues. Thanks again guys. Just an excellent job all around.

    As with many others reviewing here, this was a warranty repair. The only issue I have is that I was given a 4 hour window that I worked my day around, and they missed it by nearly 2 hours. No one contacted me, I had to call to find out what was going on. That said, once the technician arrived to do outside work on a blistering hot day, it was finished quickly and solved the problem. I would not be concerned about having them assigned to another job, Id just call sooner to get a closer estimate of when theyll show up.

    Im not sure what everybody else is talking about but Toby was amazing. He actually showed up early to the appointment and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with much information regarding the problem with my hot water heater. Apparently, the only problem was that the pilot wasnt lit and he even gave us a life-saving warning about an issue we had no idea was going on. If you ever need servicing from AHS, make sure to ask for Toby.

    I had a gentleman here, his named started with a T, not sure if it was Thomas or Toby. But he was great! He was quick, polite and went above and beyond to make sure the issue with my toilet was correctly repaired and ensured to take extra steps and not cut corners. I really appreciated him doing that!

    Not sure why all the negative reviews. We filed an AHS claim last night had a call at 9 a.m. today. Plumber showed up 11:32 a.m.He was very friendly and professional. He had our problem fixed and was gone by 11:45 a.m.Fantastic service from start to finish.

    AHS sent out this company. I was a little bit worried because of other reviews. I will say I was very happy after working with Zach. Zach came out and was wonderful! He cleared a stoppage with a toilet, shower and sink. He was very professional and such a knowledgeable plumber. I think some of these other reviews might just be unhappy because American Home Shield doesnt cover everything which is not the plumbers fault. This company got me an appointment when they opened on Monday and my problem was fixed by 1pm. I highly recommend this company and I will be asking for this company to come out again if I need a plumber.

    Great experience! Our showers were running hot & cold every few minutes. The SDL repairman explained everything he was doing in the process of diagnosis. It turned out to be a simple fix of removing the pressure regulators for the shower heads. Being a female, it can be hard to trust contractors not to over-diagnose problems and charge a pretty penny for it. That was not the case here. Very honest and trustworthy and will absolutely use them in the future.Now please excuse me while I go take my first shower longer than 3 minutes in the past 2 months.

    We were referred to SDL Plumbing from American Home Shield. I read the bad reviews and was very apprehensive. We were pleasantly surprised. Justin arrived on time and remedied the leak in a short time. We are very pleased with him and his work. Maybe you should ask for him if you are referred to SDL Plumbing!

    Had a leak in the garbage disposal, so I setup a ticket with American Home Shield. SDL called me the next morning to make an appointment for the following morning. A large 4 hour window, but with 2020 were all home anyway. The plumber called about 15 minutes out from arriving, in the expected window. Was cordial on entry and got to work very quickly and finished it up in just a few minutes. He was courteous and wore a mask, as expected. Thanks!

    I had a good experience with SDL, who was sent by American Home Shield (who were terrible) as a 2nd opinion on a slab leak. Gary reviewed, and even though Home Warranty denied (because they sent 1 plumbing company, paid a leak locator as well, did not like the estimate, so paid for a 2nd opinion, and all that diagnosis exhausted the 1k max they can pay towards a slab leak....), we moved forward with SDLs estimate and repair, and in 2 days the repairs were completed. Homeowners Insurance helped with the access/tunneling, and ultimately Gary was helpful, the desk was responsive, and his team was timely. Only 4 stars because I wouldve appreciated a clear breakdown of the parts/work beforehand, whereas it was more general amounts on paper with a signature and a handshake. It has only been 1 day since the repair, so if nothing goes wrong, and his office supplies the final receipt paperwork, then maybe I will bump it up a Star. This is our first home, 4 months in with a slab leak. Thanks SDL.

    JJ came out yesterday to take care of an issue covered under our AHS policy. He took the time to explain how the warranty process works, what he thought the source of the problem was and how he planned on fixing it. He did exactly what he said he would do and was very kind the entire time. JJ / SDL are my plumbers of choice.

    Noel and Dustin were on time, knowledgeable, professional and took care of a clogged drain leading from the master bathtub. Noel diligently worked to unclog the drain that had a huge buildup and was challenging, from my perspective, but he succeeded. I would definitely recommend SDL Plumbing, Inc. Thank you, Noel & Dustin, for a job well done.

    Justin from SDL did a great job - he fixed the unstopped the stopped sink and then stopped the leaking faucet. SDL does a lot of American Home Shield contract work, so they get lots of bad reviews as a result of AHS decided to only cover certain repairs per contract. I would recommend SDL.

    I’m wanting to share my experience with SDL plumbing, as I also used them through AHS home warrantee. This company called me within 30 min of me making my claim through AHS. They came out the next day. They determined the issue got AHS on the phone while they were still in my house. We discussed on the phone what was covered and what was not covered with my AHS.The very next day I was contacted by SDL plumbing that my hot water heater was ordered and could set up delivery for the very next day. The employees were very nice, kept everything clean, and explained everything in advance of what was going to be done. I highly recommend if your needing this Plumbing company for any reason. Most plumbing businesses will not work with home warrantee companies. This company does and I’m happy with the job done.

    Josh and JJ were both very professional and efficient. They arrived on time and completed the installs very quickly. They installed 3 new toilets and repaired and replaced two sink faucets all within 3 hours. The pricing was more than fair and gave our family some really useful tips of the trade. This is the second time SDL has been out to our house and we will use and recommend them to all of our friends and family.

    Zack was totally respectful and went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied before he left. AHS sent SDL Plumbing out to the house after I got the plumbing leaks squared away from the winter freeze. My toilets werent flushing and needed to be fixed. Zack replaced the flush valves and bolts for the tanks, all while, being Covid-19 safe. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

    Zack was amazing. He was courteous, professional, respectful and listened to my concerns. He repaired not only the primary problem but the secondary as well. I had a faucet that was dripping that a friend tried to repair and when the friend was working, discovered a leaking water line under the sink. Zack not only repaired the line (which was called in) but the dripping faucet. As he was leaving he also helped me put up a tension shower curtain rod that I could not do alone and was very pleasant and willing. This was an AHS claim but I will call and request Zack in the future even if AHS wants to send another company and just self pay. The work was done properly and completely. Thank you Zack!!
