I called J&S yesterday and spoke with Lauren. My husband and I just bought our very first house from Grand Homes and had an issue with our plumbing that shouldn’t have happened. When I called in, Lauren was absolutely AMAZING!! She knew her information just like she was the one going out to these homes to fix issues!! Because of her, I would recommend J&S to everybody I know!!! Thank you so much Lauren!! You are awesome!!

Samuel with J&S Plumbing was absolutely fantastic! He was very quick to respond and was able to get us in next day since this was a time sensitive matter. Showed up earlier than expected and was quick to respond to texts/emails/phone calls. I work in the mortgage/real estate industry and will recommend him to all my clients. If you need something done right and quick, Samuel is your guy!

Im late on posting this review. The technician Elmer came to my house to repair an issue with my toilet leaking. He called, was on time, repaired the issue. He asked if I had any other concerns before he left. The lady who scheduled the appointment (I believe her name was Laura) she was very polite and worked with my scheduled. Im still under warranty but will continue to use them after my warranty is up.
