    I had an appointment to video a sewer line that has backed up a few times. The C&C crew of two arrived and quickly diagnosed the defective section at the clean out. The equipment they use is top of the line. I was provided a quote for the work and it will start tomorrow. Excellent work!!

    I cannot recommend C&C strongly enough. I will not use another plumbing service! I was cautious because I did not see hundreds of reviews, but the came recommended from family. This is our THIRD slab leak, so we are experts, and the last 2 were nightmares. C&C came quickly, told us exactly what needed to be done and gave us a quote that was far under the last 2 leaks. When they reached the leak, they went above and beyond to make sure everything around the leak was repaired and in good working shape. (Instead of just repairing a 1-inch spot where the leak was, he replaced the entire visible pipe). They refilled the hole, repoured the concrete and held to their quote. The workmen were professional and educated. They took the time to show us what they had done (beautiful work) and what we needed to do going forward. They let us know that they dont advertise - so if you are in the Dallas area this should be your plumber. I have posted this on our neighborhood site so others can benefit from the gem we have found!

    Called C&C Slab Leaks & Plumbing last week and spoke to Skylar about the slab leak we needed fixed. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the issue and gave me options of how they would repair it. He said he could get a team out in a couple of days and when I shared with him that I was going to be traveling for work he shifted some things around to get a team out the next morning to fix our problem! Josh & his baby brother Blake 😉 showed up on time and the two of them solidified why we will NEVER use another plumber again besides these guys... They were SO nice, VERY informative, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and COMPLETELY transparent in everything they were doing. Also, they welcomed all of my questions and even encouraged me to check out what they were doing and how they planned to fix our issue! They took their time to explain things to me in detail & were so patient in doing so. Above all of this I loved that they both expressed their love for the job & plumbing in general, and most of all their love of the Lord. For this reason I will be a customer for life! Oh, and BTW they were very reasonably priced. 🤗

    Skylar at C & C Slab Leaks and Plumbing is our guy. He is competent for plumbing, gas lines, and leaks of any kind. He and his workmate are currently helping us with a kitchen remodel and gas stove installation. These guys are able to explain what they are doing and why. They are personable, prompt, and showed up fully equipped to address our needs. They are reasonable in their pricing and estimates are inclusive of all work discussed (no nickel and dime charges.) We feel comfortable recommending C & C. P.S. The owner is a Master Plumber who oversees these very capable journeymen if you need any extra reassurance.

    I chose C&C over a few other plumbers for a gas pipe replacement because of a few things: details in the estimate, communication and pricing.Firstly, Sherri was so kind and answered all my questions with patience. I probably called her 5-10 times a day.The company sends you emails whenever anything is scheduled so you know who is coming and around what time. It was such a great way of keeping me in the loop.The estimate itself was very reasonable in pricing and one of the things that I really appreciated was that they itemized everything included. It wasn’t just “replace 25 ft gas pipe.” They were also the only company that has their warranty written out.Everyone was very honest and transparent and I appreciate that so much. I would highly recommend them!

    C & C was referred to me by my AC Repair guy, Jeremy Brown at A/C Depot and I am very thankful I contacted them as they have taken care of numerous problems I had with my house including digging over 15 ft under the slab to find 2 leaks that were causing my water bill to skyrocket! They also fixed my jacuzzi tub and steam shower as well as leaky faucets and blowing out drainage pipes that were clogged! They are very dependable and you can track their time to be repaired! All of their service men are very nice and do great work and are always very nice! If you have any plumbing issues don’t hesitate to contact them! They do excellent work in a timely manner!

    I have used C & C over a number of years for sewer replacement, slab leak repair, and repair of frozen/broken water lines. They are experienced, fast, knowledgeable and dependable. I feel their service charges are fair and comparable with other established plumbing companies. The technicians are helpful and are will to answer questions and give advice.

    The only downfall was having to wait several days for the estimate/contract before they would start. I actually had to call several times to request it, and was told shes working on it. Usually not a problem but I had sewer sanitation pipes broken and leaking up through slab into house.

    They just did some work for me yesterday and replaced antifrost faucet outside my house. Excellent job ,on time, and for a good price. They even put an access panel inside the garage where they had to cutout to get to the pipes. Im very satisfied and I do recommend.

    This is a top notch plumbing company!! My regular plumber wasnt available and he recommended C&C to take care of a suspected gas leak discovered by Atmos during a pipe/meter replacement. Miles and another gentleman came out and found 3 small leaks and made all the necessary repairs for a very reasonable cost. They even contacted the city for the inspection and permit and then conducted a quick test in the morning; to ensure everything was still good to prevent any fluctuation. Front office staff is also very helpful with questions. I now know who to call when my regular plumber isnt available. I wish Id known about them last week when we had a water leak at the meter. Went with a national chain and paid way to much. I cannot recommend these guys more.

There are a few things I would have done a little differently now that I have been through this experience (replacing sewer line under foundation) once but that was not C&Cs issue.There was one small issue with the language of a crew member working in the house but I addressed it with the supervisor on site and he assured me it would be taken care of.I would call them again for future work.
