Mike and his brother both came out to replace an 80 gallon tank water heater with a new tankless. They were incredibly knowledgeable and explained their plan thoroughly, citing code/regulation for each step. The price was very reasonable, and the finished work was excellent. Bruce was awesome to work with. He came out to the house quickly to do a consultation with us in regards to a leak in an outdoor underground pipe. Bruce was able to find and fix the leak. Waterboy is very professional, explained everything to us along the way, and fixed our issue. Barb was wonderful to deal with for the office administrative stuff we had to do. Bruce and crew are on my very short list of top-notch contractors. From phone call to finish, nothing but exceptional service. Hes meticulous, fast, very knowledgeable, courteous and his rates are reasonable. And hes honest! He could have told me I needed a new well pump - I never would have questioned it - but he left the decision up to me since it was just the check valve that was bad. I wish all my contractors were this good.

I contacted waterboy for a well issue. Bruce came out, looked it over and gave me an estimate. Arrived on the appointed date with his 2 sons whom I must add were completely respectful and as professional as any young men Ive ever met. The work was completed, explained and the well issue NOBODY else would touch is repaired! To see Bruce leveling the well cap perfectly because its his and his sons names attached to the work says everything you need to know.Would hire them again for any plumbing needs

Waterboy Plumbing was wonderful, they responded to us right away and came out to our home ASAP to fix our outdoor faucet. They immediately knew what the issue was and only took about an hour or so to fix it. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are very reasonable and we were billed for less than what was originally quoted. They even sent us a cute thank you post card in the mail afterwards. We found our new plumbers.

Update: Bill came today to find and fix a leak. He really took the time to explain the process to me. He was mindful of social distancing protocols and made a potentially stressful situation a breeze. This is our third time working with WaterBoy (old house), and we have been happy with the process and outcome everytime.They put a kitchen faucet in for my mother. I want to thank WaterBoy Plumbing and Well Service for the most absolute excellent service! Our well pump died Sunday night around 6:30PM. I was able to reach them around 6:45 and spent almost 20 mins chatting on the phone. They were able to get me in the next morning. Bruce and Tristan are very professional and very kind. After the repair, we chatted at the kitchen table for a while discussing the bill. It was an absolute pleasure having you in our home and servicing our well. I know who I will be using when its time for my new well on my land!

Our well pump unexpectedly went last night (a Friday of all days). We just purchased the house last month so I was not familiar with any plumbers in the area that could assist with our bad situation. I happened to come across Waterboy and sent out a message even though it was quite late. I was surprised to hear back so fast. I was going to wait until this morning to call, out of courtesy, but I got another message asking me to call them back. I called was met with very friendly and helpful voices. Bruce said he would be out at 6 am today (if it wasnt too early). The gentlemen worked at getting us back up and running in quick fashion and they were very fair in their pricing. They were very transparent and have gained a loyal customer.

Just had a submersible well pump and well pressure tank installed and could not be any happier with the outcome.After searching for a reputable service tech, I came across some well know well drillers in the area, but after reading some reviews on Waterboy Plumbing, I thought Id give these guys a call. Im very happy I did. These guys are not only professional, courteous and honest, but they explained everything they did along the way. Watching these guys was like watching a well oiled machine. Replaced a well pump for me right after the first snowfall (7 inches). Weather didnt stop him. Had them come back again for some general plumbing repairs and water treatment system work. Bruce is very knowledgeable, does great work, and their customer service is excellent. From small plumbing problems to the big ones, this is the company to call.

We arrived home from vacation to find we had no water. Suspecting a well pump problem, we did a Google search and found WaterBoy. It was a Saturday and I expected my call to go to voice mail - but instead the phone was answered. I explained the problem to Bruce, and he said he would be at our place in about an hour. He carefully diagnosed the cause and concluded that it was either the well pump or the wiring in the well shaft. He called in a helper and began the process of pulling the 200 feet of piping and the attached pump, carefully checking the pipe and wiring as it came up. When the pump was out, we learned that it was 16 years old, past its prime. Bruce connected a new pump, installed new wiring over the full length, clipped on new spacers and carefully lowered the assembly back down into the well shaft. All of this he did in the pouring pain. Finally, he checked all the components in the basement, replaced those that were not functioning, checked and adjusted the tank pressure and did a final test. He was meticulous, thorough and a pleasure to interact with. His charges were detailed and reasonable. I highly recommend WaterBoy!

Small, family owned business that has a great work ethic and fantastic service. The guys were very knowledgeable, and shared every inch of their plans with me for a moderately big project in my home. They left their work neat, and everything seems proper.They are however, a very small family owned business. Sometimes theyre extremely backed up with schedules and projects, so you may have to wait a little bit. I dont know what their policies are for emergencies, but I know it took about 3-4 weeks from when I called to finishing the job. However, I think it was well worth it.

Let me just start off by saying thank you, a million times, thank you to Bruce and Tristan. I have never experienced such honest, hardworking, and polite tradesmen. Their attention to detail was unsurpassed. They stared off by fixing one problem and then found what seemed like a million others. Bruce took the time to explain every single detail to me about how things work and why our situation wasn’t working. Every single problem he walked me through explained all of our issues we were having in our new home. For example, our water pressure was horrible and if you were running the dishwasher...our kitchen sink wouldn’t even turn on... we had a water tank 1/3 of the size it should’ve been and the tank we did have was water-logged and broken...our pipes were clogged and galvanized...the list goes on. The guys left my house cleaner than when they came in to do the work and it took them one day to fix multiple problems. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work, honesty, and dedication to their trade. I will recommend them to every single person who needs this type of service and we will be using them from now on for any work we need done

Was referred to Waterboys by a friend, they were my first and only call. It was a bit of an emergency at a rental property. The hot water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Their schedule was rearranged to accommodate us and they came the next day. Advised the most cost effective way to get the job done which was completed in less than 4 hours. The boys were so polite! WaterBoy ANSWERS ON SUNDAYS! Our hot water heater started acting up Friday evening, and we were not home on Saturday. Woke up Sunday with no water... called about a half of a dozen plumbers off a Google search in this area. WaterBoy was the only one that answered the phone.They weren’t the first ones that came up in the search, but they were the only ones with about ten reviews and still 5-star rated. WaterBoy answered the phone and had someone out within a few hours.The rating is legit. The service is swift and friendly. The work was clean and he cleaned up when he was finished. Bruce, the owner, is very knowledgeable...even for our off brand tankless water heater, he knew how to fix it!The price was very reasonable and they did not charge out the @$$ for an emergency Sunday service...WaterBoy is highly recommended!

Clogged toilet on Sunday evening. No amount of plunging or augering on my end worked. My wife and I both work from home and we have a toddler that we just got out of diapers and only 1 toilet. So sort of an ASAP need.WaterBoys was super quick to take our call on Sunday. Were at our house on Monday at 6am. Theres nothing I can say that hasnt already been said, but for anyone in the back: courteous, professional, willing to talk us through the work being done. We didnt feel like we need to keep our inquisitive son locked away from the action and he put up with our dogs without us worrying thered be an issue (they were restrained and not near the work).Obviously I hope to never need a plumber, but when I inevitably do WaterBoys will be my go-to call. SUPER IMPRESSED.

After many dolt your self fixes ..... I had to finally get a real PlumberI hit a wall - so to speak - MY Well pump - Diaphragm tank - faucet problems and more . Beyond my handyman abilities .Bruce Kathalynas ( WaterBoy Plumbing ) told me his rates - but honestly when you have no water , any price is low .... On a Sunday No less !!This is what I experienced .His rates are low simply because he finds the problem fast & fixes fast .No question he is an expert master plumber . I was in need of a good plumber and called a few. Waterboy plumbing called back shortly after I called. I was not in destress but needed to have a blocked sink fixed, broken pipe in that sink and also the bowl in sink replaced. The two young men that were sent out to fix my sink and clog were respectful and fixed everything I needed done. They had to run to two different places to get the sink asaas not andan easy fit, and didnt charge over my estimate. I am not a friend nor relative of the business, but wanted to write a review as it is so very hard to find good people to come and do repairs.Again thank you to the business.A West Scranton resident!

Installed a new sump pump in my basement less than the originally quoted price. They were very professional throughout the whole process. I cannot say enough good things about them and their work. They were easy to talk to over the phone and worked with my schedule to have the work completed. They showed up on time and completed the work in one day even after running into some problems. The owner even helped me troubleshoot my gas furnace that was not working at the time. The installation was clean and very well done. I am looking forward to working with them again and having my pressure tank replaced.

We recently moved into a older home in Mountian top only to find out there was no running water. The jet pump would not prime and the pressure tank was even worse.After having three other companys tell us it would be a week until they could get us i found Bruce and called Waterboys . He called me back the same day and came.out on a Saturday to give us an estimate.He suggested I change to a submersible and replace the pressure tank.His work was some of the best Ive seen in a long time. Bruce is old school when it comes to keeping his word. There was no hidden costs and and he was great to talk with.This is a family business and his two sons also are just as skilled and a pleasure to be around. A very pleasant experience! Well, at least as pleasant as a failed well pump can be. Bruce came out on a Sunday to try to get our well running again, but the diagnosis was not promising. He came back on Monday morning, pulled the pump, and confirmed the problem. Bruce patiently explained the options to rectify it. By 2 pm, we were back in service with a new pump and new wiring less than 48 hours after our initial phone call. The charges were fair and we are very satisfied with Bruces prompt and thorough service. Thanks, Waterboy!
