There should be more than 5 stars available for this amazing company - they deserve over 10!We had a water line break (on a Saturday - late morning) in the floor between our main bathroom and kitchen, basically flooding and destroying our kitchen. It had to be completely gutted from floor to ceiling, as within minutes our kitchen was destroyed. We called Roto Rooter and they were at hour house in minutes!I was so lucky to have the team of Mike, Cindy and Tim that completed the demolition of our kitchen down to the studs. They werent just working for us, but became friends in the few visits when they were working.We have no kitchen or main bathroom (we have to shower in a hotel and due to my husbands work schedule, he has to live there several times a week). This amazing team of Cindy and Tim saw when I just wanted to cry and did more than demo my house, but helped me through this disaster. They also became best buddies to my dog - she will miss them.I work in the construction industry, but it is much easier to work on the other end as the interior designer; however Mike, Cindy and Tim were always here to offer advice and just have a voice to vent to because we were going through so much and the stress was definitely taking a toll on us. They werent only there to help demo our wet kitchen, but there as a friend.There are no words to describe how much I would recommend Roto Rooter for an unexpected disaster in your home. They understand the issues, become your friends and become people to lean on when you want to just sit down and cry.Great company and great teams that care so much about their clients! Contacted technician Dennis with info and scheduled scoping same morning. After scoping drains (two) Dennis described three different option for addressing the problem. Both technicians were professional, knowledgeable and polite. I was extremely pleased with the outcome.

They cleared the clog and ran a video scope to show me where the roots were growing. The manager provided a quote to have the clay portion of the pipe replaced. Excellent service.

I’ve had multiple people here the last three months to snake it / figure out the problem and nobody can figure out why. Finally called roto rooter and thank god I did ! I have used this company several times in the last three months. First Jay was here to camera the line and find the damage, he was polite, professional. Second Jim and an assistant hand dug an 8 Ft deep hole to find and repair an 8 “ lateral sewer line, 10 ft long. It turned into a two day job because of the size of parts needed. They checked the line and double checked it to ensure the entire line was in good shape. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work needed. Third today Mike and a trainee arrived to fix the same 8” clean out that had been damaged by an incompetent backhoe operator that wasn’t careful around the clean out. (Not associated with Roto-Rooter). They were punctual and professional in making their work whole again. I have never met any of these people before they arrived to do the work. Every 7-8 years, the tree roots get into my sewer system and I have to call Roto-Rooter. This time they were unable to break through the one section so they had to come in and replace it. Nick and Jay did an excellent job. They got everything set up with the city and gas co so they could dig. The dig went relatively smooth. They kept me informed the whole time as to what they were doing and how it was going to be once it was done. Ted came in and did a jet spray through the system to clean it out. They were very professional and I am extremely happy with the work that was done. Because of what they did, the future maintenance on the line will be much easier to do and less expensive. I would highly recommend them!

Awesome, Tech who came to my home was full of knowledge, very professional. I closed on my home a few days ago and decided to spend this past weekend to get everything in order. Woke up on Saturday morning and had no hot water. I called a few plumbers that morning and when I finally go one on the phone I explained my issue and was told that they wouldnt be able to come until Monday. When speaking to a few local plumbers I felt as if they were doing me a favor. They I did a search and came across Roto-Rooter. I called and explained the situation and the lady on the phone who I must say was very nice said sure I can send a Tech to your home within 3-4 hours. While on the phone I asked if they can also install 2 new faucets I purchased. Once again she said sure we can do that for you. Within 3 hours the tech showed up at my door and started to work. He went into the basement and noticed the reset button needed to be reset and that he wouldnt charge for that service. He them installed the faucets and was all done. I am very happy that I called Roto-Rooter and truly amazed at the level of service I received from them. One thing for sure is I will also call them back if I have any issues in the future. If you are in the PA area request Ray Williamson and you will have the same awesome experience as I had.

Made a call to roto rooter to have them check my main sewer drain because my toilet and sink were draining slowly. The technician Billy came out and found a small blockage. Billy took care of it quickly and efficiently. He is a great guy, very professional, easy to work with and made quick work of my issue. I would definitely recommend him if you need any kind of plumbing work done.

When I first called, I was asked if I could be called back in 10 minutes but an hour later I had to call back. Amanda (?) was apologetic (very busy holiday weekend) and on Saturday, got me on the schedule for that Monday (Presidents Day). Tom M.arrived on time. I explained the issues he made recommendations and provided costs. I made a decision and he went right to work since he had the parts he needed. 40 minutes later, my toilet was working perfectly. Polite, professional, quality service all around. I absolutely will call on Roto Rooter again.

My sewer line was completely blocked when I got home from work last night. I called Roto-Rooter immediately and was very pleased to hear that service was available all hours of the day. I called and spoke with a customer service rep. We had some phone connection issues at first and needed to call back in. Once I called back, the rep was quick and submitted my number to a technician. Within 20-30 minutes they called that they were on their way and would be there in about an hour (distance from their home to mine). When the technician arrived, he immediately starting providing advice on areas I can improve in that might be contributing to the issue I had. He gave multiple options on how to handle the situation. He was helpful, safe, and put me at ease in a frustrating situation. The overall service was above average and I was very pleased with Roto-Rooter. I would recommend them for any plumbing or drain service needs you have.

Our technicians name was Billy and he did a great job unclogging a drain in our house. I explained that we had just moved into the house and it was our first home that had septic and he took the time to give me some tips and explain things to me which was greatly appreciated. He did discover a more serious issue that will need to be addressed in the future but when the time comes I will definitely be calling them back out to make those repairs too.

My septic tank was due for pumping and the entire process was handled in an efficient, professional manner. From my initial call to set up my appointment to the actual clean-out, I felt each step was done in a friendly and sincere manner. Michael was very friendly and understood our Necessities for example, my first language is Spanish so I had many questions and he took the time to draw and explain in paper our issue. The Service Technician Gary came on Friday morning as I had a clogged basement drain from all of the rains. He did a great job and did it in a timely manner. Very nice guy and solved the problem. My bill came to $279 and that was it. Grateful is wasnt $500. Very happy with the service. Plus a six month warranty came with this service. All-around great experience

Not a very nice situation with a house full of visiting children and grandchildren. All of the toilets were blocked and sewerage was rising in the downstairs shower. After a couple of attempts, we called Rotorooter. First call back was in 10 minutes. The service person was very pleasant and understanding, but was over 60 miles away. The service person said that he would try to locate someone closer. Within another 10 minutes we received another cal and the service person was on the way. One hour later, we were clear and all cleaned up. Lenny was awesome, both in his attitude and technical knowledge. Best I could have expected.

We had a flood in the basement (sump pump backup). I contacted 6 plumbers, 5 would not come out. 2 never returned my calls, 2 said they did not replace or fix sump pumps because they were to difficult and 1 said they would come out, never showed up, and when I called them back they said the person who scheduled the appointment did not know what they were talking about and they did not work on sump pumps. I finally called Roto Rooter. They answered promptly and put me on the schedule. They kept me up to date on the status of my appointment throughout the day. When the tech arrived he rearranged his schedule so he could complete the job. He also told me about a $20 on line coupon they had. Once the work was done he explained everything he did, he showed me what to do should there be a back up and he let me know his work was guaranteed for a year. These will be my plumbers from now on. I highly recommend.

Joey Dowdell was amazing in helping my parents with their situation. They needed a pump out and then he replaced the pump. They are 90 years old and didnt really understand what was happening. Joey was considerate to them - came out on a Sunday and then on Wednesday to finish the job. My parents along with my sisters and I are very grateful to Joey. We totally recommend Joey and Roto-Rooter to all !

I had water in the basement and could not figure out where it was coming from.. William Hoover and Dennis Burke were first to arrive and quickly identified the problem. They had an immediate going forward plan and estimate. Dennis spoke directly to my insurance company and assisted in starting my claim. Next morning as promised. Matt and Mike started the clean up. Billy vw and William Hoover stayed into the evening none stop to completion. They were all extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this team hands down 5 stars.
