Rossi Rooter has THE most accommodating, caring, hard working and supportive workers!! Rossi Rooter helped us IMMENSELY. These guys understood we were in a rough situation and they were able to turn it around and make it better in such a short amount of time! They are very reasonable with their prices! The project manager knows exactly what he’s talking about and doing. He is very approachable and very friendly. If you are a new homeowner or someone experiencing an emergency I highly recommend contacting Rossi Rooter ( MAKE SURE YOU CALL THE RIGHT ROOTER which is ROSSI ROOTER!) where you know they won’t rake you over the coals like other plumbers in this area would. Saved us when we needed them. Another Rooter company garenteed they would get us first thing in the morning only to call us and say they couldnt come till the next day. We couldnt use any plumbing and have two kids and couldnt wait that long. Called Rossi and they were here within an hour with the ram jet and had it all working again. Price was cheaper and got it done fast.

Really enjoyed working with Rossi Rooter. We had a sewer pipe break under the houses concrete slab. They provided a very reasonable estimate for the repair, and were even able to complete the job in less time than expected. Definitely recommend.

Our septic system had not been serviced in over 17 years. Well it finally backed up. Rossi Rooter was there in a moments notice. Dug up the tank, drained the system and unclogged the drain pipes. Seven very pleasant men with heaven equipment showed up and had us up and running in one day. Great Service.

We are new homeowners in the Dalton area and recently found ourselves in a difficult situation with a broken gray water line that had not been disclosed by the previous owner. We were unable to perform basic tasks like laundry or using the sinks without the line backing up and flooding our basement with large amounts of water.Initially, we reached out to another plumbing service (the other Rooter) but their response was far from satisfactory. They were brief, dismissive, and condescending in their explanation of our situation. Additionally, their pricing was extremely high, and they pressured us to have the work done immediately.This experience led us to contact Rossi Rooter, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Vince and his entire crew responded promptly, were exceptionally patient with our questions, and, once the work began, were thorough and professional throughout the entire process. They even managed to cut our costs in half! At the conclusion of the project, their team respectfully cleaned up and removed all unused materials from the worksite without us even having to ask.If you encounter any issues requiring plumbing work, I highly recommend Rossi Rooter. Their professionalism and quality of work are truly remarkable.

A few days before Christmas we were forced to do an emergency sewer pipe repair onout home. Roughly 18ft to the road Vince came out in a timely manner, I showed him the video of the cammed sewer line and we confirmed it needed to be replaced. They got their guys out a few days before Christmas and got the project done very professionally by end of the day. The guys definitely went above and beyond and showed pride in their work. Vince worked with my insurance and was very reasonable on the post of the project as insurance would only cover so much his estimatee was half to 1/3rd the cost estimate their competitor gave us. They cleaned up the yard and filled in nicely when finished. This spring came around and I texted Vince about topsoil to level off the dig that settled. They sent out a crew the next day and went above and beyond again removing the top layer of existing dirt and rock and replacing with fresh leveled off top soil for no charge. Its nice to see a company that keeps its word and finishes a project through to the end. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others.

These guys were great! My sewer pipes were blocked badly. We had a plumber come but they couldnt unblock it. Im.disabled and cannot be without a toilet due to the medications I am on. These guys came out within two hours and had it all cleared out within an hour. Friendly, professional and very polite. I highly recommend them! Thank you so much guys!

The crew sent to my home did a great job, they worked together as a team, were friendly, showed concern plus kept me informed about the excavation of my yard to replace my main water line. Hired Rossi Rooter for what started out as a blocked sewer line and lead to replacing a damaged cast iron trap. Had to have them come out numerous times to clean out the line, until I was finally able to save enough cash to replace the entire trap. When the techs came to replace the trap, they did an incredible job and *knock on wood* have not had a backup since. HIGHLY recommend. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

We dealt with water works for years. It was a mess! They never showed up. When they did they left.we had Rossi Rooter come. The same day they had a camera, the following day they were digging!! They did in two days what water works didnt do for 4 years! Im super grateful and extremely impressed

After the second water line leak in 6 months, I must say that I am very pleased with the work of Tom, Fernando, and Alfredo (Primo). They lobbied for a complete line replacement using copper instead of that crummy plastic that had been used the first time it leaked. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up as best possible after they were done. Would recommend them. Only negative was the unresponsive manager(Vince). He never returned calls to find out when they would show up. They arrived unannounced.

We moved to Scranton last month with the military as my husband is the new Air Force recruiter here. We bought a house before we even got here because the market is nuts! Well, within 2 days of moving in, our basement began to be flooded with sewage. We called and were scheduled immediately. We got to work with Vince and his crew and they were AWESOME!!! Fixed everything we needed fixed and explained everything in detail along the way. If we ever have issues in the future, we will definitely be calling this company and asking for Vince! 10/10 would recommend!
