I have had Rays perform annual maintenance on my AC and Furnace. They just came out for the AC. The office answered the phone, scheduled the appt easily, and the technician arrived within the window given and called ahead as he said he would. Everything was as expected.

I had sewer water coming into my house in the middle of the night. After making several calls to 24/7 services I was able to get in contact with Rays. They had a plumber out here in 30 minutes. My problem has been resolved and the plumbers were great and very friendly given it was the middle of the night. They came back out to replace the sewer ejection pump this morning and everything is back to normal. I would use these guys again. They saved my house from further damage.

We’ve used Ray’s for years and recently had problems with our A/C compressor making loud noise and it was after hours. We got a call back quickly and a very nice gentleman (Z) called and told us what to do and no more loud noise. Ray’s called us next morning to check in. Thank you Ray’s!

Worked with Marshall and Dan, they repiped my entire home with all new copper.System has great pressure, in and out in a day! Absolutely recommended to anyone needing to transition from galvanized to copper.
