Hard to get in but great service in the parts dept.

Had a active fuel pressure sensor issue on my mp8 on a 2020 anthem. Called ahead on Monday and scheduled a time for Tuesday afternoon. They were able to get me in and repaired within 4 hours. Very satisfied. Plenty of room for trailer parking. Drivers lounge had shower available, even had towels provided. Refreshing in the the post covid era of we are short handed, supply chain problems excuses we typically hear now.

While traveling home from Detroit Lakes late Sunday night, I blew a steer tire on my class a diesel coach and destroyed an air brake line and ABS sensor. A friend suggested having it towed to nuss. In the morning when they opened they called me to see what happened and quickly arranged tire service and then repaired the related damage. Service was fast and pricing seemed very fair. Most shops run from large RV repair but these folks pleasantly exceeded my expectations. Thanks Brian.

Very happy dealing with Jake in Sales at the St Cloud location! He was plenty patient dealing with someone new to big trucks and took a lot of time to explain/teach me about big rigs and the industry in general. It was a nice breath of fresh air. Most other dealerships just pitched me to the wayside or started greeting other customers when they heard that this would be my first time buying a semi. Not Jake, the guys a class act!

If you have to take your truck to a shop and your in the st cloud area I highly recommend this place. I have been going to this shop for a while and havent had any issues.
