The heat pump for our pool died and I wanted to replace it with a gas-fired pool heater. I know this isnt the typical task most are looking for, but now I know wholl be my first call for a boiler issue or water heater replacement. Owner Andy and his entire team is very skilled. They are pretty responsive. Andy installed a new tankless water heater systems two years ago. For some reason the system didn’t last long enough. I called Andy about it and he was there to take a look at it very next day. Then he talked to the tech support on my behalf and handled all the hustle work. All his team members are very professional and friendly.Highly recommend them to anyone. -

I recently used Andys plumbing services as part of a much broader renovation, and cannot say enough AMAZING things about the quality, speed, and professionalism Andy and his team brought to their work. A new water heater, propane plumbing, tub fix... you name it all, Andy was very thoughtful and took amazing care in fixing up my place during a very tumultuous time with many other factors involved. I felt a bit in over my head in the beginning, but Andy always took the time to address my concerns and patiently walk me through the details of work needed. I cant recommend him enough -- hell be my go-to plumber for years to come! -

My experience with Dello Russo Plumbing was great. They were there on time, explained the problem and offered multiple solutions utilizing cost effectiveness. The work completed was quality and they did not miss a beat and they were out within 1 full day. (My previous quote told me this was a 3/4 day job). So, I just noticed Dello Russos business card on my fridge and remembered that I never left this long overdue review! Last winter my heating system started making a few strange noises. It worked fine, but I thought it might be a good time to look into a new one. I called Dello Russo and Andy answered the phone immediately. (Who does that nowadays?!?) So, right off the bat, I was impressed! I got three different estimates and Andys was by far the best! Not only that, but they couldnt even compare to his responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge. My heating system ended up making it through the winter, but I have no doubt who I will be calling this winter if it doesnt! -

I can’t recommend Dello Russo Plumbing enough. Extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. I had 128 Plumbing look at two clogged toilets for me. They told me I had to rip up both bathrooms and replace the main line. Quoted me $11,500. Dello Russo came out and offered to do the job for half the cost, but (and this is what sets him apart) he advises me to get another company in (Drain Doctor) to look at the pipe with their camera. I agreed. Matt set it up for me and even showed up on his own time when Drain Doctor came. Drain Doctor solved the issue in 30 minutes for $295. I was just incredibly impressed that Matt took the time to set everything up for me and to convince me to get a second opinion. He could have done the work 128 plumbing said I needed (even though I didn’t need it) and take thousands of dollars from me. I’ll be calling Dello Russo first from now on. -

We came home after dinner to a house with no heat. The steam boiler was spewing water all over the basement. One call and 10 minutes later Andy show-up to help. He diagnosed and fixed our problem within 15 minutes. He check every radiator in the house to make sure nothing else was leaking. We will use him every time. Thank you! Highly recommended. -

He tracked down a replacement for our uncommon liquid propane water heater in no time and was in and out. Very happy with the finished job. Hot showers for everyone tomorrow. -

Andy is a great plumber. . We take on some of his work if needed. He almost cost me my job and Ive never been let go in my career. I personally dont know Andy so I couldnt understand why he would do that to me. I was put in a unique situation and my boss saw the problem and rearranged a few things and now were getting back on track. But like I said Andy is a good plumber and I recommend him to anyone looking for work on their house. Now I work with a fast paced master plumber who is great to work with. We work hand in hand. I called at around 11 a.m. to request service for my hot water heater that cracked and needed to be replaced. Andy and matt showed up super quick to check the unit out and went right out to get the new one. All said and done we had hot water back by 4:30. Not only were they quick and super professional they took the time to chat with my toddler after they finished. I really cant say enough about how nice they are and what high quality work they do. I would recommend dello russos to anyone.
