We have worked with Chilli Willie for on a number of projects (cooling systems, appliance installation, and complicated plumbing fixes), and have been thoroughly impressed each and every time. Steven and his team have been incredibly responsive and thoroughly communicative, in addition to nailing the jobs in question. I could not recommend working with them more highly, especially if you have an older home.

I wish I could give a perfect 10 or 500 stars. I just purchased a house and decided on a pretty big investment of ducted central AC and gas heat, tankless water heater, and running gas lines to fireplaces and more. The Chilli Willie team (especially leaders Jared and Tony) came up with the best options and equipment to meet my needs. Through the whole process, they have been highly professional, transparent, communicative, and reliable. There are only a couple final inspections left, but I couldnt wait to leave this review because all of their work has been exceptional and they came in the best pricing wise as well. I highly recommend Chilli Willie, they have my business for life.

I would give chilli willie more then 5 stars if I could. I cant recommend them enough. I worked with both Steve and Tony. They were on time, professional, stuck to the quoted price, explained everything thoroughly, and gave me estimates for future work. Great price, great work, and friendly workers. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks Steve, Tony, and the nice ladies working the phones. I will be calling in the future for any work I may have.

Chilli Willie are the best! They take pride both in being extremely knowledgeable about HVAC technology and in doing high quality work, and are very professional and responsive. I first met one of the co-owners, Jared, about 15 years ago when he was working for another HVAC company and fixing a banging steam heating system in an apartment I was renting. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable he was and his willingness to take the time to explain what was going on and to actually fix a difficult problem that when I bought my own house I searched until I found him and Chilli Willie and hired them to install gas service, including a gas dryer and an outdoor firepit. Jared, Steve, and the several employees who assisted them did a fantastic job! Im planning to have them come back this summer to replace an oil-fired boiler with a new gas boiler.

I had a very good experience with Chilli Willie Plumbing of Saugus. I needed a Vent for a dryer installed, a few places I called were not interested in the job(one said it was to small, one thought it was to hard drilling through stucco). They did a nice job on the Dryer Vent, as well as replacing an old rusted check valve. Jared and Stephan were very polite and professional, as well as knowledgeable. They helped me by answering my questions, even with a quick response after the job, for a follow up question. I highly recommend them, especially for Gas Dryer Vents(or jobs that are unusual that other people may shy away from)

Anthony and his partner Azi were a dedicated and professional team who installed A/C in our 84 yr old home. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was unparalleled. They were thoughtful in cleaning up and in always wearing masks indoors. Anthony also noticed that our dryer vent cap was broken and that the venting was not done correctly. He was looking out for us- and we so appreciated it! Additionally, the team did not pressure us to finish their work on their timeline when our baby was sick and we needed to pause on the install for a few days. True human beings and professionals! We are so excited for a cool, quiet summer and no more noisy, heavy window A/Cs!

If your from Boston we all know two things #1 Right now our patriots are wickedly horrible 😫 #2 most of the homes and commercial properties are really old. Not a bad thing but need more TLC When I bought my first commercial building I forgot that fact and ended up needing to upgrade the entire HVAC system . I didn’t even know what HVAC meant so I called a friend and asked who do you trust in Boston with hvac work. He gave me the number to a place called CHILI WILLIES I said you sure he said ask for Steve n ask him what hvac stands for so I did. He was at my building with two regular Dunkin coffees the next morning. Him and his team did what needed to be done and had everything as far as equipment I would need to buy installed and functioning so fast I was in awe. Every day they showed up smiling and when the job was over I took them all to lunch at a local pub for the food of course and I told Steve him and I would be doing lots more together. Three buildings and one house later I can honestly say if you want hvac, mechanical, and plumbing work done right for a very fair price call Steve at Chili Willie’s do not mention our beloved Pats we’re all hurting rn Tom come back your only 47 lol thanks Chili Willie’s 🏈🙏🏻

I was unable to find a plumber and via Angi I sent a request for a heating and hvac company Stephen from Chilli Whillie in Saugus was the only one to contact me it being a Saturday I had lost my heat Stephen from Chilli Whillie called and came out found the issue and due to the holiday wasn’t able to come til Wednesday but his technician Anthony came out installed our new heating system this company exceeded our expectations they are the best of the best and I would highly recommend them

I would highly recommend Chillie Willie for heat pump installation! They installed a five zone split for our house, were very professional and responsive throughout the quote process, worked with us to ensure the best placement of the units themselves, and did a great/professional job installing the system.
