I had my water heater replaced by CRN and they provided an exceptional service from start to finish. Out of all the plumbing companies I spoke with, they were the most detail oriented, and made sure that they got me the most ideal product at the best price. They were quick to respond to all my queries and wanted me to be fully comfortable with all details before I signed the contract. The plumbers who replaced my heater were very polite and professional. They got the job done quickly with no complications, and ensured that the heater was fully working before they left. Their work was also very neat and clean, and they made sure no mess was left behind. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get plumbing work done at their residence.

Hugo did a great job replacing a leaking shower fixture for us and replacing a condensate neutralizer and pump I wanted to refresh. Ive previously used CRN for cleaning our Navien tankless system.-- prior review --I used CRN to clean a tankless water heater system we have. The technician was punctual, efficient, and cheerful! He also enlightened me more on recommended maintenance etc... to maximize performance & lifespan of the unit.

CRN came to us as part of our new gas fireplace installation. Prior to their arrival, a major problem occurred. No one could fix it and we were disappointed that the project was over before it began. Then CRN came in and came up with a new successful approach and solved the problem! CRN is great, knowledgeable and professional. Everyone, the owner, the workers and the office staff, all were exceptional people and completely attentive to our job. Our experience with CRN found them to be top-notch!

CRN Came in as part of a gas fireplace installation. I’m always uncomfortable working with people I didn’t research/pick personally, but in this case, I was quite pleasantly surprised. Everyone at CRN were fantastic; excellent communication, prompt, polite, considerate of our property and very efficient. Gas, electric and then the city inspections, it all went perfectly... seriously, I can’t say enough about this group, we are very grateful.- Paul, Peabody, MA.

We hired CRN Plumbing in the Summer of 2020. We had a Gilbraltar pool install. We needed electricity run from the house to the garage. Then the garage to the pool. CRN handled the digging of the very long trenches along with the needed electrical. Everyone involved was very professional and efficient. Thank you to ALL CRN staff!

I was incredibly lucky to find CRN when my water heater broke on a Saturday in February, leaking water all over my basement. I didn’t have a regular plumber that I’d used before, so I was frantically calling anyone who could possibly help. CRN was the first to not give me a “we can be there Monday morning” answer, and the customer service I received was excellent. They were able to move appointments around to handle my emergency issue within the hour, and quickly installed a new heater at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing issues and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

CRN put in the electric and gas for my fireplace gas insert. Not only did they do a great job, the price was competitive and they keep in touch before the process. So respectful of my home, upon completion, they even washed my floor after they swept it!! So nice to have one group do both services!

Old piping in my house started to leak before the main water shutoff. Called CRN Plumbing and within minutes Ronnie and Tyler came out, coordinated with the towns DPW to shut off the water from the street, and made the necessary repairs timely and efficiently. I cannot recommend enough!!!And this was on Memorial Day of all days!!!
