    I recently had the pleasure of working with Luiz as my general contractor for a bathroom renovation, and I cant recommend him highly enough! From start to finish, Luiz was incredibly responsive, clean, and timely. He stuck to his quote, which I greatly appreciated, and his team of workers was excellent. The bathrooms turned out even better than we could have imagined! Luiz is not only professional but also super personable—he truly is just a nice guy. I would not hesitate to hire him again for any future projects. If youre considering a renovation, look no further than Luiz!

    Luiz and his team were great!1. He did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it.2. He gave us a timeline at the start and stuck to it and even worked around our screw up with the counter tops!3. his pricing was competitive and fair. There were no surprises.4. He was the only contractor out of 5 I interviewed who didn’t hesitate at the size of tile I wanted.I’m looking for another project he can come and do!!!

    Luiz did a full kitchen remodel for me. He was super responsive throughout the project. His was the most detailed among all my quotes, breaking all the work down, so a huge thumbs up for transparency. He completed the job on time and budget. Rather than just doing what you ask for, he gives you the pros and cons of the materials and approach after listening to all you have to say so that you can make better decisions. I would recommend him for any of your residential projects, and he also has a good sense of humor, so another plus point.

    Luiz and his team of workers did an excellent job on my bathroom remodel in August of 2022. Luiz is very responsive to calls and texts, from demolition to finished bathroom they were there everyday and from gutted to finished it was done in two weeks. Compared to other estimates, Luiz was by far the most reasonable and all the work is of professional quality and it looks great. Also, his interior decorator Valeska was a big help in assisting me with picking out tile and bathroom fixtures. She’s good at what she does and has a real eye for picking out the right tile, paint and fixtures for a bathroom. I highly recommend Luiz/ Toreti Construction if you’re looking for a solid and professional contractor.

    Luiz and his team worked on our shower and did the tile work for the shower and floor of our master bathroom remodel. They also did the tile work for the backsplash in our kitchen remodel. Luiz was very polite and friendly and gave great advice on details regarding the tile work and referred us to a great tile specialist who helped us choose the materials for the job. We are very happy with how our shower and backsplash turned out!

    We hired Toreti Construction to remodel our living room and complete a few other smaller projects in our kitchen. This was our first time jumping into a remodel of this size and I can say that the entire experience with Luiz and his crew was just fantastic. Luiz and crew listened to what we wanted, gave thoughtful and helpful suggestions, and were patient as we asked a zillion questions. They were responsive, reliable, trustworthy, and immensely knowledgeable. During the entire project they kept us in the loop on the estimated time to finish each step and then gave us advance notice when a new project would begin.In all, they installed new hardwood floors and shiplap, put in crown molding, tiled our fireplace and surrounding area, and painted. They exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to hire them again for our bathroom renovations. We would highly recommend them!

    I couldn’t be happier with the tile in my bathroom! Luiz and his guys did such a great job. They were quick, clean and efficient. It can be tough getting people to show up to do jobs at your home but Luiz was a great communicator right from the beginning. We kept in touch through text and phone. He sent pictures at each step of the process while I was not on site. He showed up on time and ready to work. It only took a few days and it’s exactly what I wanted.     We hired Toreti Construction to demo and rebuild a small bathroom desperately in need of attention. It was a total transformation!Luiz, and his team, were tasked with some big requests and a very small space in which to complete them. The project included installing a walk-in shower to replace a bathtub, upgrading the heating system from steam heat to radiant flooring and building a barn door that affords us a bit more space than the original construction.At the end of each day, they took the time to ensure the area was cleaner than they found it. Everyone was very respectful of our home.Aside from two scheduling issues on our end, they finished the project in a very timely manner and on budget.We highly recommend Toreti Construction, and look forward to working with them again on future projects.

    I used Toreti construction in my previous home to install a backsplash, and they did a beautiful job. In my new home, Luiz has regrouted/sealed the tiles in two showers, planed the bottom of a door so it would close properly, uninstalled an outdated storm window that prevented the use of a screen, and sealed leaks in the attic. I appreciated that Luiz was willing to fit these smaller jobs into his schedule, which not all contractors are willing to do. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

    Highly recommend using Toreti Construction. We had them replace the floor in our breezeway with ceramic tile. Job was completed on time and came out great. They even come out again at no additional cost to check on the job and make sure we werePleased with it.     Toreti construction redid my bathroom floor, walls and shower. They removed the tub for me as well. They did a great job. They are very clean and their customer service is exceptional.     Luis was very responsive to my initial inquiry. He came out to my home that weekend and he had a reasonable estimate to me by Sunday. He showed up when he said he would be there, his guys were clean and thorough. You couldn’t even tell they had been there at the end of each day.
