I would recommend Ronald and the Ramirez Painting team for any project. I requested a quote for painting exterior trim and newly installed windows. Ronald was extremely responsive and friendly, he came by to give me an estimate that was very fair and even pointed out a rotted board worth replacing - which his team could handle for me.His team got to work just a day or two later. They didnt miss a detail - using drop sheets to protect that yard/flower areas, even hand washing the original trim in certain areas before putting down new coats, etc.They finished the job on schedule, on budget, and the final work itself looks amazing.I will be using Ronald and his team again! -

We hired Ronald and his team for multiple projects (finishing basement and attic including full bath). Both projects turned out great and I would recommend them. Planning and Project management is not flawless (timeline and budget slipped a little bit), but overall good experience and value. -

Ramirez has done 3 major jobs for us in 3 years. They are reliable, fair and they really care about the property they work on. The jobs were all very different. When we moved in they made some changes we needed in the house. Not difficult, particularly, but important to be done carefully. Then half the house was destroyed by a flood from a burst pipe. Flooring, insulation in the walls, painting, they did it all. Perfectly. Then they turned our 19th century barn into a magnificent artist’s studio. Thoroughly recommend. -

Ramirez lives next door to my mother. Just by seeing the renovations that was done on his own house (amazing) and the work hes done for my mother, including a new roof at a very reasonable price, when it was time for me to do work at my property (structural work, roofing, etc.) he was the only one I wanted to hire. Super professional and the work was all done in an extremely timely manner and also I couldnt beat his price anywhere! Both my mother and I are 100% satisfied with the services he has provided! I highly recommend Ramirez for any home renovation projects!! -

Ronalds teams accomplished a tremendous feat getting a mistreated home move-in ready. He founda leak into the house from the garage roof that was missed by another roofer, correctly replaced it so that it properly drains, upgraded outdoor elevated balustrades using top grade materials, replaced the rear facade, perfectly matching the paint and identifying and fixing sources of wood rot saving me money down the road, properly supported an oversized tub installed by someone else, provided invaluable referrals for both a top rate electrician and excellent plumber. He fixed and rebuilt large portions of the house after several problems were discovered. His crew retiled the kitchen, and completed a remodeling job involving installation of a support of a long marble breakfast bar. He is an excellent educator in the whys and hows of the project, making me feel comfortable taking on such a large project. Also, he answered all of my millions of questions about how the work is done. I feel like I have a Masters degree in construction science. -
