    Anthony, Rob and the crew at AMS does excellent work and quoted us the most reasonable price for our kitchen remodel…and we are very happy with the quality of their work. And they got the project done in two months! Anthony cares about the quality of work done by his team and their subcontractors and makes sure everything is done right. On the design he recommended Santa at Jackson Kitchen Design in N.Andover who was incredible and is highly recommended if you are considering working with AMS on a kitchen remodel. Would certainly recommend AMS! Before and after pictures below.

    We started looking for contractors back in February of 2022 for our kitchen renovation/1st floor refresh. We had initially been working with a different contractor that blew up our budget and cut out much of the project before we even started. Luckily, our close friend was finishing her kitchen renovation and highly recommended Anthony and his team at AMS Renovations. I am so thankful she connected us to Anthony!! He came promptly to give us and estimate which was fair and transparent. After we hired AMS, he wasted no time to get permits and get to work. Anthony gave us five star service and was incredibly responsive. He was honest and flexible and took the time to address our questions or concerns. He made us feel like we were his only clients (even though he was very busy). His team did an amazing job and the quality of work was top notch. The AMS crew was incredibly respectful and professional and always made us feel comfortable. Anthony stayed true to the estimate and was transparent regarding added costs when we encountered unplanned issues. We now have our dream kitchen and couldn’t be happier! Thank you to Anthony and his team and we will definitely keep using AMS for any future renovation projects. Check out the before pictures to fully appreciate the transformation.

    Anthony and his team just completed a complete renovation of my bathroom, and I could not be more pleased! The project came in on time and on budget, and Anthony was a pleasure to deal with. Professional, friendly, and efficient. He managed his crew spectacularly. ALWAYS returned phone calls promptly and brought us through a sometimes stressful process with great good humor and excellent guidance and advice. I cannot sing his praises enough! The work is top notch and all the pros who worked here were outstanding. I recommend this company with great enthusiasm, they are the BEST!

    Anthony, Rob and his team did a fantastic job on a small bathroom addition. Anthony was always reachable and responsive to any questions or concerns. The bathroom came out beautiful and the small addition blended in seamlessly with the homes exterior. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the reliability of the contractor.

    We are thrilled with the final product and wish we had done this years ago! Anthony is always responsive, understanding of our needs and patient with bumps in the road that inevitably happen during a kitchen renovation. I have already recommended him to several friends. We feel that we got excellent work for a reasonable price compared to other contractors in this area. We love our kitchen and the personal touches that Anthony just rolled with.     AMS demolished a full bath with a tub and shower combination and remodeled my space into a gorgeous new space with a glass shower enclosure and beautiful plumbing and electrical fixtures. I would highly recommend Anthony Spiridis and the AMS team. Anthony returned calls immediately and was readily available for consultation during the entire process. His team of carpenters, tile men, plumber, electrician, and painters were excellent in their craftsmanship and were professional and easy to work with. I would not use anyone else for future projects

    Anthony and his team did a fantastic job for us. They opened up our downstairs living space and relocated a fireplace. In addition Anthony and his team refinished our basement to make it a great space for our family. We were always kept in the loop on the project. Anthony was very responsive and no question was too small to answer. Anthony ensures the work was completed correctly and to our satisfaction.     Anthony and the team did a fantastic job with the demolition of a porch in our back yard that a previous homeowner did a terrible job building. Said previous homeowners basically just walled in the underside of our porch without installing a vapor barrier in the ground, and to add insult to injury the dryer exhaust was venting INTO this room. Needless to say, everything was quite rotten and nasty. Anthony came over and gave me a very reasonable estimate, then once work started everything was sorted within a couple days. They replaced the rim joist and any other rotted wood, re-insulated the underside of the porch and covered it up and cleaned everything up. Its so nice to not have to worry about it anymore, and the quality of the work AMS did is top notch. They really went above and beyond, coming back multiple times to address small issues with door alignment on the porch above. I would absolutely recommend AMS for any kind of renovation you need done.

    AMS Renovations is one of the best out there. Everything they touch comes out amazing, they’re trustworthy, get the work done in a timely fashion, and are extremely easy to deal with.     Anthony and his team did a MAJOR renovation project for us, gutting over half of the existing house, adding 2 new bedrooms, a new full bath and renovating existing bath and kitchen. His team, especially Rob and Nick were excellent to work with and did stellar work. Anthony was in close communication with us consistently with updates, questions, and suggestions. Anthony even took care of some items not discussed just because they needed to be done and was even ahead of schedule on this job that we thought would take over 6 months.     I hired AMS Renovations to renovate my upstairs floor: level floor joists, new wood floors, remove horse hair plaster walls, insulate/frame/drywall new walls. The final outcome was fantastic. AMS sent me pictures at the end of each day with an update on what happened. You dont get this from any old contractor.

    I have used AMS Renovations numerous times for my office. They did painting for us, carpet repair, a t.v. mount, have put furniture together, and remodeled BOTH of our office kitchens (new cabinets, etc). Their prices are always fair and the work is outstanding. Anthony is reliable and responsive. So many other contractors are not. It has been refreshing to work with them. HIGHLY recommend.

The crew is very knowledgeable and are able to problem solve construction obstacles when the arise, as they often do when remodeling older homes. AMS is the first person I call when I need construction done, and I would recommend AMS to anyone looking to remodel part of their home.

    We’ve now done two projects with AMS and are starting to plan a 3rd! Our latest project was converting a bedroom into our dream master bath. Simply put, amazing work from start to finish!     The guys at AMS were great they gave us several options for our renovation which included replacing an old deck for a new bigger one and adding a new 4 season sunroom. Everything came out great and it was just what we wanted. Including mounting a tv to hide all the wires and a few other odd requests. The mantle for the fireplace was custom made for an electric insert we picked. Will definitely fire again.
