    Andrew Clough came to inspect our roof in Lakewood Ranch after hurricane Milton and was honest and upfront right away about the damage.     We had a great experience working with Key Roofing after Hurricane Milton! They made a very stressful situation very easy by coordinating with our insurance company and communicating clearly what was happening and what the next steps would be. Work was completed faster than we could have even hoped. All of the workers were kind and left no traces of ever having been here. They followed up when the roof was done to make sure all concerns were addressed and that we were happy with their work. We cannot recommend them enough!

    Due to severe damage to our furniture store roof I asked a business acquaintance for a referral. The wonderful people from Key Roofing were my saviors. Working quickly and tirelessly to repair my roof before more rain could damage the interior. They worked with insurance adjusters to make sure I was protected. You will not be disappointed.     Andrew and Shannon were fantastic to work. I called about a potential minor leak after Milton hit. Andrew gave me a ton of background and info in understanding damaged tiles, when and how they may need to be replaced and I learned a lot about my roof! After his thorough inspection, it was a very quick fix which he took care of immediately. Thankful to have a skilled and honest roofer in town - as we clearly need them in Sarasota - especially after this year!

    Once Hurricane Milton rolled through in October 2024, it was obvious that our home would need a roof repair or replacement. As we were approached by dozens of roofing companies, one stood above the rest...KEY ROOFING. From the initial conversations with owner Andrew Lee Clough; office mgr Shannon Clough; regional mgr Sterling Clark; and coordinator Ron, we knew that we found the right company for the project. They set the right expectations and gave us the guidance we needed to navigate the insurance claim process...AND once approvals and permit were in place, they completed the entire roof project in 2 days! Great communication and customer service throughout! Highly recommend KEY ROOFING!

    We recently had to have our roof replaced. Bring new to Florida we had heard all the horror stories of dealing with contractors.Fortunately, we found the best roofing contractor ever! We chose KEY ROOFING! They were great from start to finish. Communication was extraordinary, we were kept up to date on every detail, they met every date, did a wonderful job, left our property spotless and submitted our final invoice to the penny of what was quoted.Call Key Roofing and you can just relax and know its going to be done on time and on budget, by nice people.

    An F3 tornado had came through my neighborhood and did considerable damage to my area recently. As many contractors and companies came through to quote prices and terms for repairs I was visited by Patrick Jordan representing Key Roofing. At first I thought this was going to be another case of how much it would cost for a full inspection and what the quote would be for repairs, but I was pleasantly surprised when Patrick offered a free inspection. Not only did they do a through inspection Patrick also took specific photos of the damage and provided detailed explanations of the damages and what steps that needed to be taken in order to prevent water damage from rain. Blessedly the damages my roof had taken were not as severe as I had first assumed and on top of that since the damage was relatively minor Patrick even offered to perform minor repairs free of charge. I was shocked to say the least, here they were offering a detailed inspection and going above and beyond to preform repairs that they did not have to do and free of charge on top of that. If this is how they handle customers when they dont have to go as far as they did and with such care and professionalism, then Id only imagine the level of good work they would produce when endeavoring with fully paid work. I want to personally thank Patrick Jordan and Key Roofing for providing me with service above and beyond what the had to do, and I will definitely call upon them first whenever I do need work done in the future. I hope this helps others who are wondering if Key Roofing does quality work, trust me if they do what they did for no charge they will definitely deliver top quality workmanship when your money is on the line.

    We had been searching for a roofing company to repair our damage caused by Ian. We got several free estimates and they ranged from $2,500 to $6,500. Several companies refused to do the work because it wasnt a full roof replacement, but just a repair. A few companies said theyd be here to give an estimate, but never showed up. Those that did show up had the attitude of this is the price - take it or leave it; you need me, I dont need you. Then we found Key Roofing. From the moment they arrived on time to give us an estimate, we knew this company was different than all the rest. They actually got up on a ladder to look at the damage, took measurements, explained how they would complete the work, told us about their warranty, explained the pricing, and guaranteed they would find the correct material without having to wait 18 months. It was hard to believe, honestly, that they were so confident and ready to do this job. Well, here it is a few weeks later and we couldnt be happier with their work. Patrick and his crew showed up to start the work when they said they would. And they came back a second day to finish the job when they said they would. And they stayed in daily contact with us via text messages, phone calls, and voicemails to keep us informed. When they were finished, they showed us exactly what work they did - from installing to sealing to attaching the gutter. We cant say enough about their work ethic, their punctuality, and what a pleasure it was to deal with them.     If youre looking for a company that answers voicemails and texts quickly, and that shows up when they say they will, then Key Roofing is for you. Our initial call was returned within hours by Sterling, the man who became our project manager. This was a few weeks after Hurricane Ian, and even though he was extraordinarily busy, Sterling stopped by to take a look and to explain how roofing and insurance should work. Punta Gorda and Charlotte County have strict rules about roofing, licensing, and contractors, and Sterling was the ONLY roofer who straight-out volunteered this information and proved his company knew about and abided by these rules. He never minded explaining things twice. Sterling went to bat for us with the insurance company. The roof is beautiful and doesnt leak; the work was done well. Their cleanup crew was amazing because we didnt find any stray nails, screws, or trash after they were done. We had a great experience with Key Roofing.

    We called and received a roof inspection and assessment that was needed from heavy shingle losses occuring over the last few years. We had a contract for a new roof in less than a week - in spite of the fact that most of their crews are tied up from the big storm damage. Christian was up front on their ability to do the work and gave us estimates as to when work would be done. An opening in schedules allowed our roof to be finished less than three weeks from contract.     As I expected, there are thousands of roofers in the area, fortunately, when Zac came out to give us an estimate on a new shingle roof and to repair gutters another contractor destroyed, my wife and I felt very comfortable with our decision.
