Devon gave me some tips to save the work on my water heater and it works perfectly now. Thank you so much! I will definitely use Happy Plumbing again, when the time comes.UPDATE! I needed a little more help to move stuff thru, so called for Raphael. He was booked, and they sent Roby. Another 5 Stars! Roby was a great help as well. I hope I dont need them again! I highly recommend Happy Plumbing. We had a minor emergency last week, and after calling a few plumbers, no one answered, I went online and found Happy. They responded quickly and had someone out the same day. Julie was extremely helpful and so kind. Robin was our tech, and he was so great. He is very knowledgeable, explained everything that was wrong, and how he was going to fix it. He started the ball rolling for getting companies out here to dry things up and start the abatement process. He even made a special trip back to the shop to retrieve the parts he replaced so we could give them to the insurance company. Happys prices are very fair, and they gave us a military discount. We are very pleased with Robins work and Happy in general. We will be telling others to contact Happy for their plumbing needs. Thank you, Happy Plumbing!

In Dec 2023 Chris came out to assess the possibility of a gas line to our patio. We decided not to pursue for other reasons but the experience and courtesy were exemplary. This week it was apparent that the hot water tank needed a flush and a kitchen faucet had accumulated calcium sedimentation.We called and Julie did a brilliant job in getting us service scheduled. Today Whitney came perfectly on-time (actually a bit ahead) and assessed what needed to be done. Whitney was polite, kind and to the point and proceeded with the interventions. His demeanor was extraordinary. He is modest, professional and very pleasant.The cost was in a comparable market range for the service and we benefited from a special offer.Everything is working perfectly again and for all our plumbing needs Chris’ team will be our go-to contact. I called Happy Plumbing on Wednesday and spoke with Julie, who was able to schedule next day service for my main line blockage. Whitney was my tech and explained the service I needed, jetting.I approved the quote and he was able to set up that job for a couple of hours later the same day.Rafael and Devin performed the jetting in a timely manner and explained what was going on with the pipe. There are some issues that will need addressing when I can get the funds together. Overall the best service Ive ever had from a plumbing company!!! Highly recommend Happy Plumbing. I called Happy Plumbing in Santee due to a hose bib braking off. Blake, the owner who normally doesn’t go into the field said he would come help me. All of his plumbers were booked up for weeks. This was on a Friday about 11 am. He came to my house in less than 20 minutes and completed the job in 30 minutes. I couldn’t be “Happier”. Blake was extremely nice and very experienced. This is the kind of company you want to call. I rated the experience a 5+. Extremely satisfied.

When our 20 year old water heater leaked and flooded our garage, we called Happy Plumbing. Julie sent a technician out to our home within 2 hours. Communication was awesome. I received a text with Robins picture and his estimated arrival time. Robin is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. To avoid future flooding, we upgraded to a tankless water heater with a 25-year warranty. Another technician did the installation, and there were some issues. Christopher, co-owner of Happy Plumbing, came to our home to address ALL of them personally. Christophers strong customer service is why we will use Happy Plumbing in the future and highly recommend Happy Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

They were at my home within a half an hour the young man who did the work was very pleasant and explained everything! Requested service of a 12 year old Rinnai tankless water heater having ignition/combustion issues (code 11). Robin arrived on time and ready to go. He was friendly and professional. The entire process was very transparent and straight forward. Quoted me the price to service the water heater before doing any work. Even offered to credit the cost of the service in the event that it did not solve the problem and additional repair/replacement needed to be done. Ive worked with other local plumbing companies who were not forthcoming with pricing and fees increased after work was completed. Not with Happy Plumbing. I dont know how their prices compare to other plumbers but I am completely satisfied with the work done and the process start to finish. Would recommend to friends and family. Will work with them again the future of needed.

Happy plumbing had the parts & skills to complete all of them on the spot.A faucet in our garage was leaking, we asked to not only replace the faucet but redirect it outside. Happy plumbing did just that and also soldered a threaded pipe so that if a leak ever happens again we can easily replace the faucet ourselves.Our bathroom bath/shower faucet was leaking water when using it for showers. Happy plumbing replaced it promptly.Finally, our pressure regulator just started failing. Luckily, Happy plumbing just had the right part.

Whitney switched out a toilet on December 31st expeditiously and cleaned up great! I had family visiting and it was easy, quick and reliable service. He was so great we used him just less than two weeks later on our rental property to switch out the kitchen faucet for our tenants.Keep Whitney as long as you can! Hes a hard worker!Thank you!
